The apartment is in a lively trendy district, it is unavoidable that you cannot hear anything with the window open.

My Apartment is good for couples, solo adventure, Business traveler anf furry friends (pets). In a few minutes you are at Viktualienmarkt, Marienplatz and German Museum. Smoking is prohibited! Meine Unterkunft (27 m²) ist gut für Paare, einzelne Abenteurer, Geschäftsreisende und pelzige Freunde (Haustiere). In wenigen Minuten ist man am Viktualienmarkt (300 M.), Marienplatz (600 M.), Isartor (250 M.) und Deutschen Museum (600 M.). Rauchen ist verboten!

Es handelt sich um eine luxuriöse 150m2 große Vierzimmerwohnung mitten im Lehel, 3 Minuten fußläufig von der Maximilianstraße entfernt. Die Wohnung wurde im Jahr 2022 neu errichtet.
