Peaceful home with great views of the ocean and endless sound of waves. We had one of the best night's rest in a long time. Contemporary cottage interior with great kitchen, open lounge/living area with a few spaces for cozy chilling, and large hot tub on bottom deck for relaxation. Tesla charger a big bonus on the Mendocino coast. Hosts incredibly responsive and went out of their way to provide recommendations to help us out!

My family and I had an incredible stay at Gower’s Airbnb. Honestly, it was even nicer than I expected. This property offers a true California experience that’s incredibly hard to find. I’ve driven along Highway 1 many times, always thinking how amazing it would be to spend time on that beautiful coastal land you see from the road, and this property delivers exactly that. We had lunch and dinner overlooking sweeping views of untouched coastline and the beach below. There’s an easy path down to what felt like a private beach (we didn’t see another soul the entire time), and we spent hours exploring the black sand, walking the shore, and checking out the tide pools at low tide. The whole time, I kept thinking how rare and unspoiled this experience is. Gower has created an incredible home, thoughtfully designed with all the comforts you could want right in the middle of some of the most beautiful land in the world. We’re already talking about when we can come back.

We enjoyed a wonderful stay at your home. The house was well appointed and had everything that we needed/wanted. The setting was gorgeous. We loved getting to view wildlife right from the house and take in the beautiful views. The host was very responsive and sent helpful messages with information in anticipation to our arrival and departure. We definitely look forward to returning!

Beautiful, peaceful and lovely stay. This was a fantastic place and one of the best Airbnb stays in my experience. Paulette is a friendly host and has included so many extras in her rental. The house was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen had everything you would need and she has stocked the bathrooms with many extras. The location is beautiful with decks and windows that view the lake. The completely fenced back yard with the private beach really was beautiful and relaxing. We could let our dogs run free and they loved it. There are California buckeye trees there so I picked up the fruit that had dropped so my dog wouldn't chew them. There is a nice pergola on the beach so we could sit in the shade while the dogs played. Do try the Crestview walk listed in the binder. We drove to the dirt road, parked and had a really nice dog walk. We also walked the Redbud trail off of Hwy 20 which was enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

This is our second time staying here and we’ll probably come again! It’s so peaceful. The property is beautiful with plenty of space for our dogs to run, my son had a great time playing basketball and my husband launched his kayak right onto the lake for a weekend of fishing. Amelia goes above and beyond and is so helpful. We loved the personalized card and snacks. Definitely would recommend!!

Beautiful place and beautiful views. Perfect for a getaway with a small family. I already can see us coming back here. They had fishing rods in the apartment and the dock is below the house so it’s a great activity for folks who want to enjoy the place, do a few low key activities. We had internet issues but Quincy was very prompt to help us out and get it fixed. I recommend this place for a nice getaway with family

Such a beautiful location! We stayed for a bachelorette and the views did not disappoint! Very spacious house (great for us getting ready), the backyard was so peaceful. Definitely recommend!

We had a lovely experiecne at Greg's property. The location is pristine - right by the lake facing mountains! We had toddlers with us during the stay and they thoroughly enjoyed camping out in the porch. Greg was a very responsive host, and easily accessible. We highly recommend this place for families looking for peace and quite, and that enjoy getting close to the nature. We look forward to staying at Greg's listing again!

Lovely home and huge! They had a good stereo but didn’t have the right connections for our phones, and had no way to listen to music. Vacasa office told us that we didn’t need to pick up the packet- which we appreciated because we were late - but then we discovered we had to have parking passes or they would boot our car until we paid cash for the fine. Would be easier to put parking passes in the house.

This stay exceeded all expectations, we loved it! The space was immaculately clean and more spacious than the photos suggested. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked—we had everything we needed and more including Spanish Paprika! The magical jacuzzi under the stars with the sound of waves crashing was the cherry on top. There were issues initially with permits of our previous booking, Vacasa was also very proactive and helpful throughout the booking process and responsive in all communications, which made everything seamless. We’d return in a heartbeat!

Beautiful home perfectly situated on a quiet cul-de-sac. Gorgeous ocean views with a lovely deck with dining table and outdoor seating area with gas fireplace. Spacious kitchen and living room - plenty of space for our family with two young kids.

This was a wonderful property.! The house was very clean, furnishings newer and comfortable and the place is well decorated, together with many essential amenities. Nightlights in each of the 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms and hallways were very useful. Kitchen and bathrooms were well stocked. Oceanview was nice, close to the bluff and walking trail. Surrounding areas were very tranquil and private - exactly what we go to Sea Ranch for. Host was very generous in letting us check-in at noon, given the property was clean and ready for us. Overall a fantastic experience and we would definitively book the property again. Some minor suggestions for improvement: Replace current kitchen knives with some that are usable - the current ones are no good. Remote for ceiling fan above dining room doesn’t work. Replace current non-functional flash light with a rechargeable one. A couple of boxes of facial tissues in the house would be nice to have and some aluminum foil for baking.

Beautiful and super clean house in the magical woods. We loved the window seats everywhere and watching the deer visit every day. The beds are very comfy and towels plush. We enjoyed the sauna and hot tub under the stars. Some aspects of the house are a little more rustic than modern, but still very comfortable and cozy. The owner is super responsive and thoughtful and obviously cares a lot about her home.

Stunning property with ocean views from the living room. This classic Sea Ranch architecture is beautifully complemented by tasteful decor and a well-stocked kitchen. We truly felt at home and had a wonderful time. Willa and Craig were fantastic hosts—providing clear directions, helpful local tips, and being readily available if we needed anything. We’d love to return!

Beautiful, well-appointed home at iconic development in spectacular Coastal Sonoma. Very comfortable. Enjoyed walking the bluffs, whale watching and star gazing. Great access to tennis and pool in community rec center. No shopping nearby so remember to stock up on supplies before arriving.

We loved how easily accessible the lake is with your own dock and a launch not too far away. Our kids loved the Lilly pad, slide and kayaks provided! There were also a lot of life jackets available which was nice. The bottle of wine and complimentary tastings at a local winery was a nice touch! I loved the boho decor and there was plenty of amenities in the kitchen. We will definitely be back another time :)

A great spot with amazing views, and so quiet! The house was spacious and clean, as advertised. Can't wait to go back next time I want to play golf.

This place is an absolute GEM! The perfect getaway. We had the best time! Beautiful views and so basically on the beach!

This place was fantastic for the four of us to have a peaceful New Years Eve trip away. You are right in a redwood grove, with a lot to do right nearby. The place had a really well stocked kitchen if you want to cook (great flat top grill). The hot tub is fantastic, and the couch/tv area was great for a movie night. If you want to explore Russian river, this is as good as it gets. We walked across the street for nine holes of stunning golf. A 20 minute drive got us to Jenner to explore the dramatic coastline, 15 minute drive to a state park for hiking, and 30 minutes to russian river's brewery. Also there is a coffee shop just across the first hole of the course, which is a rare convenience. If we had 6 guests this would have been really incredible value.

The house was exactly as described. Beautiful location, amazing home, wonderful experience for our family! This home was so well decorated and charming and provided a great experience for our vacation. The location was equally stunning. Such a peaceful place for us to relax.

Our overall stay was absolutely amazing — we couldn’t have asked for a better place. We brought our little ones with us, and ever since the trip, they’ve been begging to go back. The kitchen was perfect for cooking, the views were breathtaking, and we will definitely be returning!

We had the best time at Charlie’s home and made some great memories! The home was super spacious, clean, and had all the amenities needed. We especially loved how the natural light flowed into the kitchen and dining room. The views of the river and redwood trees was so breathtaking. It’s also in a great location, just a few minutes from Guernville and a Safeway if you need groceries. We are already talking about coming back next summer. Thank you Charlie!

Fabulous and peaceful location—the views and ocean sounds melted our worries away. The fireplace added to the coziness. Our dog loved the little fenced in side yard to do her business. We would stay here again in a heartbeat and invite some friends to share the ocean vibes with. ❤️
