This is by far the best Airbnb that I have ever stayed at. Holly and Jason both want you to enjoy the place as much as possible. This was an amazing, peaceful, and secluded place to stay. Also being 35 minutes from Sioux Falls and only 12 minutes away from Grand Falls Golf & Casino was a huge benefit for the stay. If there is someone thinking about taking a golf trip with some friends and looking for a spot to have everyone stay at, this is your place, without a doubt! Overall experience was just perfect, we will definitely be coming back in the future!

Chris's house was perfect for a weekend getaway, offering a great location for fishing in the Yankton area and a relaxing stay at the house. The place is very close to town if you need anything, and Chris checked in daily to ensure we had everything we needed. Thank you, Chris! I would definitely stay here again.

The house was great for my family & friends for the weekend. The ample amount of space, beds, & amenities was perfect & the cost extremely reasonable!! Staying in a hotel is cool, but paying the same or less for a fully furnished house with personal accommodations & personal care is where it's at. Brad was early in his entry instructions & gave us the complete rundown thru the app, messaging, & the welcome book in the house. Everything was extremely clean & my kids felt right at home from the time we got there until the moment we headed back home. You'll love staying here!

Lennon and Richard are great hosts, very considerate and generous. They left my group a big bowl of trail mix just because. They installed a heater in the breezeway because they know we keep the dogs out there and they can get very cold. And they make it seemlike they enjoy us staying at their place as much as we do. We love coming here every year.

We had a great stay at this home! The house was spacious, clean, and had all the accommodations we needed for a comfortable visit. It’s located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with well-lit streets, which made us feel safe and at ease. Check-in was super easy and smooth. A very cozy cabin with absolutely stunning views! Everything was fresh and clean, and we felt right at home upon our first steps inside. Vickie provided us with all of the information we could need about our stay, plus all of the local attractions and things to do! We absolutely loved spending time on the HUGE upstairs patio overlooking the river, and in the upstairs common space that features a beautifully updated kitchen and loft ceilings that made everything feel extra spacious! The large windows provide all the natural light you could need for a morning cup of fresh coffee. The bedrooms were very comfortable and the downstairs living room was perfect for winding down and watching a movie, or playing a board game! The wood interior and log furniture was refreshing, and reinforced the cabin feel with all of the modern amenities one could possibly need, not to mention the large hot tub with gorgeous views! We loved every part of our stay, and hope to return!

we wanted a getaway to spend some time with my son that I hadn't been with for a long time. it was very relaxing and homey and the perfect place to be together!! we couldn't have wanted to be anywhere else. Elizabeth had such a nice folder explaining everything perfectly and had anything imaginable. we appreciated everything!
