alles war super! allerdings haben wir bei der Buchung schon direkt bezahlt ohne dass man es bestätigen könnte und eine kostenlose Stornierung war nicht mehr möglich. dies hätte man vorher ankündigen können. die Möbel sind ein wenig alt und duschgel war auch nicht da. die Küche ist dafür gut ausgestattet. die Umgebung ist wunderschön und sehr ruhig und wir haben uns sehr wohl in der Unterkunft gefühlt. die Dorfbewohner waren auch sehr herzlich.

Unser Aufenthalt war rundum perfekt. Das Haus ist großzügig und gemütlich eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Betten sind außergewöhnlich bequem und garantieren erholsamen Schlaf. Die Lage ist ideal – ruhig gelegen und dennoch nur etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß vom Stadtzentrum entfernt. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen!

Really happy with our stay. Communication with the host was great. The house was beautiful, magical and clean. It had some interesting and vintage furniture and collector’s items, which made it very special. It had everything to cook, also clean towels, etc. The location was really great too - close enough to the center but located in a peaceful residential neighborhood with a really good bakery nearby. Thank you very much to the host! 😊

My son and I stayed in this apartment for 4 days while swinging through Munich. The host was incredibly responsive, and provided us with excellent local restaurant recommendations. This listing was specifically for the top two floors of the large home, and the lower floors are always vacant, so we had the place to ourselves and it was quite private. The kitchen had sufficient pots/pans/cutlery, and the cupboards had sufficient stock (salt/pepper/coffee). This weather was rainy while we stayed, but the outdoor deck looked like a great resource. One small thing to be aware of is that the main floor bedroom is a "walkthrough", in the sense that you have to walk through it to access the apartment bathroom. But for families this works just fine!

Wir haben uns ab der ersten Minute sehr wohl gefühlt. Problemloser Check in. Die Aussicht vom Häuschen ist zauberhaft, die Umgebung lädt zum wandern ein. Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Wir kommen gern wieder :)

-6 Erw., 2 Ki. und ein Hund- Vom Check-in bis zum Check-out alles super. Wurden sehr freundlich von der Familie Stöckl empfangen, diese wohnt direkt nebenan. Waren durch Stau verspätet, war für den Besitzer überhaupt kein Problem. Das Grundstück ist komplett eingezäunt. Tierliebe Hausbesitzer (haben selbst einen sehr lieben Hund) Genug Auto-Stellplätze vorhanden, es gab sogar einen Garagenstellplatz. Zwei Kinderbetten sowie zwei Hochstühle mit integrierten Tischen (einer mit Gurt) standen bereit. Küche völlig ausreichend ausgestattet (Spülmaschinentabs, Spülmittel, Schwamm, Kaffeefilter und Geschirrhandtücher). Es hat 3 Bäder (1. Waschbecken+Badewanne, 2. WC, 3. Dusche, WC und Waschbecken). Genug frische Handtücher sowie Toilettenpapier waren vorhanden. Die Schlafzimmer waren von der Größe in Ordnung (gesamt 5), frische Bettwäsche stand bereit. Inventar ist älter, Betten/Matratzen waren für alle bequem. Mülltrennungssystem super und selbsterklärend. Waren rundum zufrieden. Danke LG

Ideal für große Gruppen!! Sehr großzügiges Haus mit perfekter Ausstattung in der Küche. Die Zimmer sind alle großzügig und eignen sich auch als Geschäftsreisende sehr gut. Alexander ist ein super Gastgeber, alles war wie beschrieben. Gerne wieder!!!

We’ve been here 2 times now and both times were amazing. The place is great and the host did a great job with helping out if there was anything. Would definitely recommend!

Our family holiday started in Rust, Germany and ended in Munich, we enjoyed our holiday in Germany and this was a great location if you’re looking to travel around the City!

Was für ein traumhaft schöner Rückzugsort mitten in der Natur! Die Suttenhütte ist nicht einfach nur eine Unterkunft – sie ist ein liebevoll gestaltetes Zuhause, das mit so viel Herz und Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist. Einfach mega. Jeden Morgen wurden wir von einem neugierigen Fuchs begrüßt. & der Sternenhimmel ist ne Wucht.
Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt und gespürt, dass wir hier willkommen sind. Es ist ein Platz zum Ankommen, wohlfühlen. Dieser Ort schenkt Ruhe, inspiriert und lädt zum Träumen ein. 
Von Herzen freuen wir uns schon darauf wiederzukommen.

Unser Aufenthalt über die Osterfeiertage in dem Haus war super. Wir waren 8 Erwachsene und 3 Kinder, die super viel Platz hatten zum spielen und toben. Auch der angrenzende Wald bietet gute Möglichkeit für Spaziergänge. Es war alles vorhanden was wir benötigt haben und auch die Ausstattung der Küche war top. Immer wieder gerne!

We came and stayed at Madsen’s place for a week while attending Bauma in Munich. The place was fantastic! It was very clean and had plenty of room. It is a short walk away from a grocery store and several good places to eat. The train station is about a 15 to 20 minute walk based upon pace but it is in a very quiet and safe area. We will definitely stay here again in the future when we comeback to Munich. Thank you Madsen for being such an excellent host.

This home is absolutely stunning! From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the beautiful decor, cozy atmosphere, and exceptional cleanliness. Everything was perfectly prepared, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The host was incredibly kind and attentive, making the entire experience even more special. I couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Highly recommended — I would come back in a heartbeat!

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Nicholas’s house. The countryside is beautiful and there are totally stunning views of the mountains from the back of the house. We also enjoyed the pool and sauna very much, and my nephew enjoyed saying hello to the chickens. The bedrooms were generously sized and very comfortably furnished. The kitchen was well equipped and washing machine room was essential and very welcome for our family after muddy walks. It was great how close a few walking trails were to the lake and across the moor, and the town is walkable too, with a good selection of a few local shops and larger supermarket for groceries. Even on the rainy days, the house was a very peaceful place to spend time and the large smart tv and games cupboard was a blessing for adults and toddler alike. Special thanks to the caretakers who helped make our stay especially comfortable with thoughtful recommendations and guidance when we needed it about the house.
