Absolutely loved our stay at Patrick and Sophia’s house. Perfect for our two little girls, easy access to Munich. Enjoyed the park right across the street, the awesome Biergarten, and the very convenient grocery store. If you’re looking for a great family friendly place to stay in Munich, don’t hesitate!

We came to Munich for Oktoberfest and we could not have been more pleased with our stay at Rainer’s beautiful house. Rainer was there to personally greet us and show us around the property. The home was perfectly clean and the neighborhood was so peaceful. Walkable distance to many things. I would absolutely recommend this as a place to stay and would love to return someday.

A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

We felt like VIP’s in this lovely home- we were greeted with pairs of slippers and German cookies for everyone! It is a spacious and pleasing environment, with luxury touches everywhere, providing ample gathering areas for our family of six adults, but also affording guest privacy. Even in wintertime, the garden was beautiful, and in warmer months, the balconies and patio would expand the living space even more! Hohenbrunn is a quiet, quaint community with a great Bavarian restaurant, and the train to anywhere you want to go in Munich or surrounding areas is just a block away. Chris and Birgit are thoughtful hosts.

Que dire de la maison de Julian à part que c’est vraiment une perle rare. C’est un havre de paix, très bien entretenu avec des installations dignes d’un grand hôtel à proximité de Munich. La maison donne envie d’y rester plus longtemps, malheureusement nous n’étions que de passage pour une nuit, mais cela nous a suffit pour nous rendre compte du très haut standing de cette maison. Un très grand écran dans le salon, où l’on peut se lover dans de larges canapés très accueillants…et tout cela donne sur une terrasse également très belle, avec son petits étangs et ses poissons rouges. Tout était parfait, notre hôte Julian, très réactif et amical, la maison dans son ensemble située dans un excellent quartier aux portes de Munich. Excellentes literies. Salles de bain parfaites…que dire de plus, à part que nous reviendrons avec plaisir si nous repassons dans le coin. PS: la machine à café (à grain) professionnelle est excellente, merci pour tout et surtout pour l’attention portée aux détails

Mario & Nicole's place was wonderful! Very spacious and clean and in the perfect location. They are right by the water, so I even took a morning dip in the lake! Everything was perfect and they were very communicative. I would absolutely recommend this place to someone else and would love to come back at some point for another stay! Thank you Mario & Nicole!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in Petras Apartment. Die Unterkunft ist hervorragend ausgestattet .Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Vom ersten Moment an haben wir uns sehr wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Alles war blitzsauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Besonders schön fanden wir die kleinen Hinweise, die Petra überall im Haus verteilt hat .Sie waren nicht nur sehr hilfreich, sondern haben auch gezeigt, wie viel Mühe und Herz sie in die Betreuung ihrer Gäste steckt. Man merkt einfach, dass es Petra wichtig ist, dass sich ihre Gäste wie zuhause fühlen. Im Haus fehlt es wirklich an nichts, alles ist perfekt durchdacht. Petra selbst ist unglaublich freundlich und aufmerksam. Wir können einen Aufenthalt hier nur wärmstens empfehlen und würden jederzeit gerne wiederkommen!”

Die Wohnung von Mathias hat uns gut gefallen, besonders die Lage mit gutem U-Bahnanschluss,fussläufig erreichbaren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und viel Grün aussenrum.Parkplatz war gut zu finden,danach haben wir das Auto stehen gelassen.Die Kommunikation mit Mathias war prima.

The neighborhood it's very quite and peaceful , fairly near the public transports. The apartment it's very pretty and cozy, and includes all the amenities you could need, we felt like at home. During our stay Dom was always helpful and proactive with every topic, for example he quickly helped us fix one issue with had with internet connection, he's very responsive and easy to talk too, great experience. Overall it was a great stay, highly recommended!

This was a great little place near Munich. Mustahsin was a fabulous host! He was there to meet us at the property, and even came looking for us when we got lost! It was a comfortable place to stay. I would consider staying there again if I find myself in the area.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Es war alles sauber und schön hergerichtet. Der Check in war flexibel und alles gut beschrieben :) wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten alles, was wir gebraucht haben. Zum See gelangt man in nur 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir haben meinen Vater bei der Reha im Medical Park besucht und auch dorthin konnte man einen schönen Fußweg am See nutzen (ca. 25 Minuten). Das einzige, was einem bewusst sein muss ist, dass das Schlafsofa vom Wohnraum nur durch eine kleine Trennwand abgetrennt ist, jedoch keine Türen vorhanden sind. Das sieht man bereits auf dem Grundriss und war für uns kein Problem :) wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wir waren als Messebecher bei Torsten zu gast und haben uns absolut wohl gefühlt. Es war alles da was wir benötigt haben und der check in war auch problemlos. Vielen Dank!

Ich habe die Unterkunft für zwei Tage gebucht. Die Einrichtung war richtig schön, vor allem die vielen kleinen Details (abgestimmte Deko, viele Kissen/Decken, Tee/Kaffee vorhanden, Badeutensilien etc.) haben das Appartment sehr gemütlich gemacht. Ich habe mich sofort sehr wohl gefühlt und kann es nur weiterempfehlen :)

Eine tolle Lage (nah am See) und super für ein langes Wochenende! Die Wohnung ist gut aufgebaut und hat alles, was man braucht :) Frank und Domenik waren sehr freundlich und haben uns Tipps für die Gegend gegeben – wir kommen gerne wieder! :)

Previous reviews do not adequately capture the excellence of this establishment. It is truly remarkable. Several notable aspects not mentioned in other reviews include: 1. The bathroom is exceptional, boasting beautiful aesthetics, impressive water pressure, and a washer and dryer that surpass any we've encountered in Europe. 2. The bedrooms are surprisingly equal in terms of amenities, despite one having a terrace and another having a TV, making room selection a relatively effortless process. 3. The hosts demonstrate exceptional responsiveness before, during, and after our stay. 4. A convenient door separates the living area from the bedrooms, featuring a large window that allows for visibility while minimizing noise disturbance. 5. When using the toilet in the smaller bathroom, it is advisable to utilize the courtesy flush option. 6. According to a local acquaintance, these condos are valued at over one million dollars and are situated in one of the wealthiest areas of town!

We truly enjoyed staying at Hubert's Lisl apartment. The apartment is modern, spacious and extremely clean. The A/C on the bedroom made the stay very comfortable in July and the washer and dryer in the basement were convenient and easy to use. Holzkirchen is about a 35 minute drive from Munich and being outside of the city made it easy for us to visit various parts of Bavaria: Salzburg (1hr 15 mins), Hallstatt (2 hrs), Neuschwanstein Castle (1 hr 45 mins), Berchtesgaden (1 hr 15 mins), Garmisch-Partenkirchen (1 hr 15 mins), and Innsbruck (1 hr 45 mins). There are supermarkets, restaurants and a McDonalds in Holzkirchen. It is actually located in Foching, a 5 minute drive from downtown Holzkirchen. It is very peaceful and has a rural feel. Hubert's instructions were easy and communication was always quick. We made wonderful memories of our stay and were very happy with our choice.

Wir waren ein verlängertes Wochenende am Schliersee und uns hat die Unterkunft super gut gefallen. Die Wohnung wirkt in echt nochmal schöner als auf den Fotos. Rainer hat uns herzlich begrüßt, uns alles gezeigt und Tipps für die Umgebung gegeben. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Ev tam ilanda bahsedildiği gibi. Sakin ve temiz muhitte yer alıyor oldukça sessiz bir çevresi var. Evin balkonundan olağanüstü bir yeşillik manzarası var. Kuşların sesi eşliğinde balkonda kahve ile güne başlamak inanılmaz. Almanya havası soğuk ve sert sadece :)

Vielen lieben Dank Lisa und Julian. Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei euch geliebt. Das Haus ist absolut perfekt! Total gemütlich, super neu, äusserst sauber (und ich habe diesbezüglich wirklich einen Fimmel) und sehr schön dekoriert. Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten 2 Wochen geblieben. Alles was man benötigt, ist ausreichend vorhanden. Auch unsere Kinder fanden es super. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, wenn wir in der Nähe sind. Alles Liebe und Gute euch 🙏🏻

Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in der Unterkunft, die Einrichtung ist sehr geschmackvoll und die Ausstattung super. Die Wohnung liegt zentral in Reichersbeuern und Bäckerei, Metzger etc. sind fußläufig sehr gut zu erreichen. Wir haben von den Gastgebern zudem sehr hilfreiche Tipps für Ausflugsziele erhalten.

We had a great stay! The location allowed for a family with adolescents some private space and a great location 😊 We would recommend!
