Absolutely loved our stay at Patrick and Sophia’s house. Perfect for our two little girls, easy access to Munich. Enjoyed the park right across the street, the awesome Biergarten, and the very convenient grocery store. If you’re looking for a great family friendly place to stay in Munich, don’t hesitate!

Exceptional house with great accommodations. Easy access from Munich by car or train. The lakeside community is beautiful and very tranquil. Will definitely use again.

A really wonderful host: the loveliest family, couldn't have been more helpful, accomodating and attentive. Excellent communication...even when we called at odd hours. The house is warm and welcoming and had everything we needed and more. We really miss the massage chair, our morning coffee and our new friend, the little cat. Beds were super comfortable, the kitchen/living area is really spacious, the garden is lovely with outdoor dining area and the washing machine and dryer were very handy. The neighbourhood is perfect for a family. It's quiet, friendly, with excellent transport links. Two U-bahn stations, cafes, restaurants, a supermarket, clothes shops, a pharmacy, health food shop, bank and even a department store are all within walking distance. I would highly recommend this property and host. It was like a home away from home.

Que dire de la maison de Julian à part que c’est vraiment une perle rare. C’est un havre de paix, très bien entretenu avec des installations dignes d’un grand hôtel à proximité de Munich. La maison donne envie d’y rester plus longtemps, malheureusement nous n’étions que de passage pour une nuit, mais cela nous a suffit pour nous rendre compte du très haut standing de cette maison. Un très grand écran dans le salon, où l’on peut se lover dans de larges canapés très accueillants…et tout cela donne sur une terrasse également très belle, avec son petits étangs et ses poissons rouges. Tout était parfait, notre hôte Julian, très réactif et amical, la maison dans son ensemble située dans un excellent quartier aux portes de Munich. Excellentes literies. Salles de bain parfaites…que dire de plus, à part que nous reviendrons avec plaisir si nous repassons dans le coin. PS: la machine à café (à grain) professionnelle est excellente, merci pour tout et surtout pour l’attention portée aux détails

Excellent house in a quiet and peaceful location yet a short drive to all the attractions in Munich. The house is extremely well equipped for large groups and families as well. The hosts are proactive and take special attention in making sure guests are comfortable and are having a nice stay. I would highly recommend this airbnb and will gladly visiting them again. The house is very clean , the location is quite good near the centre around 20mins .

Tolles Haus, direkt am See, auch im Februar eine Reise wert! 🥰

Studio très bien situé à proximité du centre-ville de Munich, qui se trouve ainsi facilement accessible à pied. Studio donnant sur une cour intérieure, très calme. Parking payant dans la même rue à quelques minutes à pied (20 euros la journée). L'imposte de la porte fenêtre n'est pas équipée de store et le rideau existant n'assure pas une obscurité totale de la pièce, en particulier dès le lever du jour.

Alles ist ordentlich, sauber, funktioniert, und die Küche enthält sogar wichtige, hilfreiche Sachen wie Salz, Zucker, Essig und Ähnliches, die man nicht mitbringt und wegen der unpraktischen Packungsgrößen nicht kaufen will. Im Bad das selbe Bild hinsichtlich Toilettartikeln, die man allenfalls selbst mitzubringen vergessen hat.

Die Ferienwohnung ist modern, mit sehr viel Geschmack ausgestattet, sauber, die Küche perfekt. In der ruhig gelegenen Wohnung haben wir uns von Anfang an wohl gefühlt und konnten uns sehr gut erholen. Die Wege zu den umliegenden Seen und Ausflugszielen waren kurz. Die Vermieterin Karin ist sehr nett und zuvorkommend, der Kontakt vorbildlich und schnell. Die Bezeichnung Superhost trifft voll zu. Die vorhergehenden Bewertungen können wir uneingeschränkt übernehmen. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Ich hatte die Wohnung für meine Eltern gebucht, die sich sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Durch die Lage im Hinterhof ist die Wohnung ruhig, obwohl sie in lebendiger Umgebung liegt. Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig und stilvoll und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit Laura war sehr angenehm, auf alle meine Fragen wurde zügig reagiert.

Kati is onsite, has team support, but everything was dialed-in. Everything very simple. Great location. Easy access from Odeansplatz U4/5 and to Englischer Garten. Would stay there again, with a large enough group. Learned Kati has at least two other smaller flats as well.

Very nice and ideally situated in the historical center of Munich. Really nice and reactive host. Kitchen well equipped and public parking nearby. I highly recommended this appartment and host!

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in der Wohnung. Es war alles sauber und schön hergerichtet. Der Check in war flexibel und alles gut beschrieben :) wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten alles, was wir gebraucht haben. Zum See gelangt man in nur 3-4 Minuten zu Fuß. Wir haben meinen Vater bei der Reha im Medical Park besucht und auch dorthin konnte man einen schönen Fußweg am See nutzen (ca. 25 Minuten). Das einzige, was einem bewusst sein muss ist, dass das Schlafsofa vom Wohnraum nur durch eine kleine Trennwand abgetrennt ist, jedoch keine Türen vorhanden sind. Das sieht man bereits auf dem Grundriss und war für uns kein Problem :) wir kommen gerne wieder!

Jo's place was perfect for our visit to Munich. we felt completely at home the moment we walked. Jo was also very responsive to inquiries during our stay. only note would be that this is on the 5th floor and no elevators. so that would be the only thing to think about when booking. otherwise, the place was perfect!

Die Wohnung ist traumhaft und perfekt in Schliersee gelegen. Die Fotos werden ihr fast gar nicht gerecht. Wir haben uns mehr als wohl gefühlt bei Rainer und seiner Frau. Die beiden haben uns mit Obst, Snacks und vielen guten Tipps begrüßt und waren sehr fürsorglich! Vielen Dank an euch beide! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

El apartamento es tal cual las fotos. Está excelentemente bien ubicado. Cerca de todo lo que hay que ver en Munich pero a la vez en una calle tranquila y silenciosa. Es un apartamento ideal para dos parejas ya que ambos dormitorios y baños están separados. La cocina esta bien equipada. Muy recomendable

Unser Aufenthalt in dem modern eingerichteten Haus am Fluss in Gmund am Tegernsee mit unseren beiden Kindern (10 und 6) war rundum gelungen! Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet – von der voll eingerichteten Küche über bequeme Betten bis hin zu Handtüchern war alles vorhanden. Der Kontakt zu den Gastgebern war außerordentlich nett und unkompliziert. Fragen wurden stets schnell und kompetent beantwortet, sodass wir uns sofort willkommen fühlten. Die Lage könnte kaum besser sein: In unmittelbarer Nähe gibt es einen Supermarkt, verschiedene Restaurants, Banken und sogar eine Apotheke. Für Ausflüge oder Tagestrips ist die Verkehrsanbindung ideal – Bushaltestelle und Bahnhof sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Dank der Gästekarte konnten wir das Auto die ganze Woche stehen lassen. Rund ums Tegernseer Tal gab es sehr viel zu entdecken (Wallbergbahn, Schliersberg Alm mit Sommerrodelbahn, Blomberg, usw.). Wir können die Wohnung jederzeit weiterempfehlen. Ev tam ilanda bahsedildiği gibi. Sakin ve temiz muhitte yer alıyor oldukça sessiz bir çevresi var. Evin balkonundan olağanüstü bir yeşillik manzarası var. Kuşların sesi eşliğinde balkonda kahve ile güne başlamak inanılmaz. Almanya havası soğuk ve sert sadece :)

Guido's place is great. The best part is it comes with a kitchen with all the required utensils. The connectivity to the place is great, close to the Fresing S-Bahn. Also, there are lots of restaurants and markets nearby, where you can go for shopping during the evening or just chill.

Vielen lieben Dank Lisa und Julian. Wir haben den Aufenthalt bei euch geliebt. Das Haus ist absolut perfekt! Total gemütlich, super neu, äusserst sauber (und ich habe diesbezüglich wirklich einen Fimmel) und sehr schön dekoriert. Wir haben uns extrem wohl gefühlt und wären am liebsten 2 Wochen geblieben. Alles was man benötigt, ist ausreichend vorhanden. Auch unsere Kinder fanden es super. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder, wenn wir in der Nähe sind. Alles Liebe und Gute euch 🙏🏻

We stayed 3 person which is good for us. Room was big enough bathroom and kitchen was very good and clean. The place is very nice and very close to underground, in front of the apartment. Emanuel was very friendly helped for our all questions and replied very quickly. If İ come Munich İ would like to stay again. Thank you very much for everything we had a happy holiday☺️

Je n’ai rien à dire, le logement était propre, il était conforme aux photos l’hôte m’a très bien accueilli quand je suis arrivé m’a fait montrer le logement. Le logement était plutôt bien situé plutôt proche de Munich. Quand on a une voiture, il y a même un lac à côté du logement Julija et son co hôte ont été très gentils et réactif à mes questions par rapport au prix, c’était tout à fait raisonnable si vous voulez vous rendre au centre de Munich en voiture, c’est à peu près 30 minutes sinon très bonne appartement
