Description Ground Floor The generous entrance hall of our luxury vacation home leads to a spacious and comfortable dining room with its own tiled stove, lending itself not only for shared meals, but also long conversations and game nights. The adjoining kitchen offers everything that’s needed for a long family vacation – a fridge, an electrical stove with an oven, a dishwasher, as well as a coffee- and tea maker. The stylishly furnished living room invites you to read a book or enjoy a film night together – our smart TV offers all kinds of options, whilst WiFi is available throughout the house. groundfloor is 1 sleepingroom for 2 people. The spacious bathroom is equipped with a rain shower, as well as a WC. First Floor The first floor is home to 4bedrooms, each equipped with a full-size bed. Every bedroom is outfitted in a rustic chic interior, with beautiful antique cabinets, modern box-spring beds, and countless beautiful details that round off the rooms. The bathroom has a double washbasin and a whirlpool tub, making it not only a practical place for every-day use, but even more a perfect spot to retreat to after a long day. if you will be 14 people, its possible but please notice that the extra sofa will be on the floor where all 4 sleepingrooms are. the villa is perfect for 10-12. but if you want we arrange 14 too. notive 2 bathrooms with 2 toiletts. Yard The spacious yard boasts over 1500m2 of green, with plenty of space to relax, play, and enjoy. The Apartment Haus Salzburg occupies part of a detached house near the mountains in Glanegg, about 8 km from the centre of Salzburg. Measuring 130m2, the apartment sleeps 7 people in three double bedrooms and a sofa bed. The ground floor has a toilet, fully equipped kitchen (with microwave, ceramic stove, dishwasher and oven), two double bedrooms and a bathroom with bathtub, and the basement features a living area with sofa bed, double bedroom and bathroom with steam shower. The apartment also has Wi-Fi, excellent soundproofing, a fireplace and a large outdoor terrace. Free parking is available. Apartment Haus Salzburg is situated a short stroll from Glanegg Castle and many popular hiking areas. It is a 5-minute drive from Hellbrunn Zoo and is right by the A10 and A1 motorways to Salzburg and Salzburg Airport. Lovely apartment between Salzburg and the mountains.

Salzburg Süd ist ca. 9km von der Unterkunft entfernt. Den Gästen stehen 2 Parkplätze im Garten zur Verfügung. Der Zugang zum Parkplatz ist von der Hauptstraße die erste Einfahrt neben dem Glaneckerweg. Die Wohnung hat 3 Schlafzimmer und 2 Badezimmer. Die Altstadt ist zu Fuß in 20 Minuten zu erreichen, während man mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln lediglich 10 Minuten benötigt. Tickets für die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel werden für jeden Gast gratis zu Verfügung gestellt. Das Naherholungsgebiet "Leopoldskroner Weiher" ist in nur wenigen Gehminuten erreichbar.

Unser gemütliches, neu renoviertes Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage mit eigenem Eingang in Hallein. Es bietet eine Wohnfläche von 150 m² und somit Platz für Gruppen oder Familien bis zu 8 Personen. Das Haus liegt 4km von Hallein und nur 7 km von der Festspielstadt Salzburg entfernt und ist von der naheliegenden Bushaltestelle ( 400m ) schnell erreichbar. Für Sportler Sportzentrum Rif ist 2km vom Haus entfernt Parkplätze für ihre Autos, stehen ihnen direkt vor dem Haus zur Verfügung.

Ein kleines, romantisches Apartment in einem über 260 Jahre alten historischen Haus am Fuße des Untersbergs. Über den zentralen Flur werden Wohnzimmer, offene Küche, Badezimmer und ein kleines Arbeitszimmer mit ausziehbaren Schlafsessel angebunden. Über das Wohnzimmer erreicht man das Schlafzimmer, welches mit einem Doppelbett ausgestattet ist. Ein Kaminofen im Wohnzimmer sorgt für gemütliche Abende. Ein kleiner Vorgarten mit Essgarnitur lädt zum Entspannen ein.

Unser Studio-Apartment liegt im ersten Obergeschoß eines Altstadthauses am Beginn der Halleiner Fußgängerzone. Geschäfte, Bäckereien, Cafe’s, Eisdielen und Restaurants mit schönen Gastgärten findest du praktisch vor der Haustüre. Die mittelalterliche Salz- und Keltenstadt Hallein gilt als die „kleine Schwester“ der Kulturstadt Salzburg, welche mit der S-Bahn in ca. 20 Minuten bequem erreicht werden kann.
