Todo estuvo muy bien en general, el lugar es amplio, ideal para pasarla con amigos, recomendado!

Un lugar super agradable, privado e ideal; tanto sii vas en familia y con perros, como si vas en pareja. Se los recomiendo ampliamente.

A mi familia y a mí nos gustó el lugar ya que había mucho espacio para nuestras dos mascotas, buen internet, agua caliente, un espacio seguro para nuestro coche e independiente. Y el anfitrión una persona amable.

Realmente quedamos sorprendidos con la calidez y la hospitalidad con la que fuimos tratados. La casa es además de hermosa, muy cómoda. Tiene una alberca de hotel 100% climatizada y grande. Los cuartos muy lindos, acogedores y muy limpios. Pero creo que lo mejor de todo es poder contar todo el tiempo con apoyo tanto de cocina (cocinan delicioso) como con apoyo de transporte. Aunque la casa no se encuentra estrictamente en el centro, te sientes cercana al mismo ya que son pocos los minutos que te toma ir de un lugar al otro. La privacidad de la ubicación y la tranquilidad valen la pena a cambio de la distancia que repito, es muy corta. Nos regresamos FELICES y con el corazón un poco roto por despedirnos de nuestra hermosa Doctora, la cual es además de cálida, espléndida. También de Lucy y Julia quienes nos hicieron regresar más gordos y felices. Un verdadero placer haber convivido con ellas tres. Y Abdías una JOYA que siempre estuvo atento. Súper anfitrión. Everything was great. Rooms were clean. Community area was nice. Simple kitchen. The location is super close to the city center as described. The only thing to note is if you have a room close to the street, the street noise is pretty loud. We had trouble with the lock box to get into the main entrance, but once the manager understood what was going on (the following day) they changed the lockbox code and everything was great.

Our stay was fantastic. Excellent stay with everything we needed. Robert and Maria are excellent hosts. Street side parking is easy to find. The only thing to make sure is the gps puts you on the right street. There is another address similar that we got auto corrected to. This spot is near Mirau Wa and Alma Raiz Cocina Saludable.

Muy bonita casa y las personas encargadas muy amables y serviciales! Después de un día agitado era una alegría regresar . Solo toma en cuenta que necesitas carro o taxi ya que está lejos del centro . Seguro regreso!!

Todo bien, la casa cómoda y el patio es perfecto para las mascotas

Great place to stay although outside of the city. Pool and surroundings around home quite lovely. Staff wonderful. Barking dogs around a nuisance

Almaviva is a beautiful home located in the perfect spot at the north end of the historic district of Oaxaca City. It is beautifully maintained, a lovely oasis when the city gets hot, and located such that you can walk to almost everywhere in the city easily. There is plenty of distilled water provided, the wifi is very good, the neighborhood is very safe, and we found easy parking on the street (even during a huge wedding close by and Palm Sunday). There is a fabulous local market a few blocks away, Mercado Sanchez Pascuas, for fresh fruit, and a great panaderia, Masea Trigo y Maiz, around the corner for unbelievable pastries and coffee. So breakfast in the morning by the pool with the cat before you set out for your daily adventure is incredible. A lovely place to spend a week in Oaxaca and experience its art, history and food.

Lugar Bonito sin duda , volvería a ir todas las comodidades y mucha privacidad, una excelente opción para un fin de semana

Muy bonita casa, acogedora y buen servicio

This was our second time staying at Octavio’s beautiful hacienda in San Pablo Etla, and it won’t be our last! The property is absolutely stunning—peaceful, spacious, and ideal for a relaxing getaway. It’s about 35–45 minutes outside of Oaxaca City, making it close enough for day trips, but far enough to enjoy some real peace and quiet. The grounds are immaculate thanks to Noe, the attentive groundskeeper. From the beautifully manicured gardens to the abundance of fruit trees, everything is thoughtfully maintained. The house we stayed in had everything we needed, including a large pool, plenty of grassy areas to lounge or play, and a covered area with a pool table and nearby bathrooms—perfect for hanging out during the day. This place is a hidden gem for the right price, and it’s clear Octavio puts a lot of care into making it a special place for guests. Our staycation here was everything we hoped for, and we’re already looking forward to coming back.
