Senj is known for the most sunny days a year in Croatia, emblematic blue skies beneath Velebit mountain, and bura wind - ideal for hiking, excursions, gourmet routes and much more!

In addition to a well-kept outdoor area with a private swimming pool, covered barbecue terrace and outdoor dining area, you can expect a very spacious holiday villa that is equipped with all the amenities for a relaxing stay. It is located in Novi Vinodolski, a charming seaside town.

Above the rooftops of Kvarner Bay, above the yachts of Mitan Marina, our attic apartment, newly renovated in 2023, offers a unique sea view and a loft-like living atmosphere. Equipped with all the usual kitchen appliances, you will find a dishwasher and a washing machine as well. WIFI and TV are a given, as well as air conditioning (hot and cold), a bathtub and, to cool off, an outdoor shower on the terrace. Walking distance to Lopar beach in Novi is 8-10 minutes.

Casablanca apartment is family owned located in a quiet area of Novi Vinodolski perfect for family vacation. The beach is located in front of the house, just a few steps away. In front of the house there is a pedestrian zone great for walking, jogging, bicycling, roller skating, etc,. In the evening you can find a variety of restaurants which serve local cuisine. The promenade leads toward the old city, which is 20 minutes easy walking distance.

Villa Jelena

Villa Jelena is an indigenous coastal house, completely isolated on a property of 20,000 m2. It is one of the few villas that stretches to the sea. 150 meters from the property there is the beautiful bay of Dumbocca with crystal clear sea and white pebbles.The natural environment with 200 olive trees provides guests with a pleasant and intimate atmosphere. Until 01. 06. and from 01. 10 pool heating is charged 100 euros per week.

Well equipped, clean & modern apartment, located just 300m from the beach in quiet neighborhood, with big terrace and all the commodities you need. It is the oasis if you like to relax and enjoy spectacular view of the sea and nearby islands and Mediterranean garden. Our house is pet friendly but we charge additional fee for pets.
