we found the accommodation as per shown, the beach was a great thing to see each day and the whole of the area , the local town , plus the North East as a whole is very clean , it puts most of the UK to shame. The people were at all times very friendly.

Beach View cottage is in a stunningly beautiful location. The view from the front across the estuary is lovely, and it’s only a pleasant short walk to the sand dunes and a wide sandy beach. What is unique about the beach is the lack of other people - it’s like having your own private beach. The cottage is roomy and well equipped and has a decent sized smart TV. Simone was extremely friendly, helpful and responsive and communicated effectively and quickly. Alnmouth is a lovely village with plenty of places to eat and a sandy beach next to a large car park. It takes about 40 minutes to walk to Alnmouth along a safe tarmac path. We had a lovely weeks break in what is a charming tranquil place.

We had a lovely stay at Waterside View, it is a lovely spacious well equipped property in a stunning peaceful location right on the England Coastal path.

Loved this house. It was very comfortable and well equipped. Just 50 yards over the dunes and on the beach so the walkers and dog were delighted. Great café nearby and lots to do in the area.

Really lovely little cottage in a private setting. Cottage was very cozy and comfortable with everything you need for a relaxing stay. I really enjoyed walking the on the nearby trail. Would happily stay again.

The bungalow was ideal for our needs. Very clean. The host kindly decorated it for christmas and left several treats for us

We had the most fantastic stay at Marracove. The house was perfect, we absolutely loved the log burner which gave the living area such a cosy feel. Everything was clean and tidy with clear instructions and very helpful suggestions on things to do and places to eat. As for the location, what can I say?? I cannot think of a more beautiful surrounding area, minutes from a spectacular beach and a wonderful restaurant/cafe. We will definitely be back and can’t wait to book again! We had a relaxing few days at Ireby cottage. The house itself was extremely spacious, light and bright with views over the farmland. The beds were comfy and there were plenty of places to sit and enjoy the views. The dog was made welcome with a handy towel, water bowl and a few treats. The enclosed garden was a bonus for the dog. We did find it tricky to walk the dog on nearby roads as there are no footpaths. However after speaking to Phil we found a suitable walk through the farm. The kitchen is very well equipped and all the appliances have straightforward instructions. The two bathrooms were clean and had plenty of space and storage. The water pressure is a bit slow but the showers were lovely and hot. Morpeth is a beautiful town with plenty of walks, shops and places to eat. We also visited Alnwick, Newcastle and Bamburgh - all within easy reach of the cottage. All in all it was a fantastic stay, and we came home refreshed. We would definitely recommend this property.

Perfect little cottage in an historical part of Durham. Everything one could need is provided. Supermarket and restaurants around the corner. We had a great time in the beautiful city of Durham and met many friendly local people. Would recommend.

7 of us stayed at Emma-Claude’s for a girls night away and we all had a lovely time. We would definitely revisit. The house was decorated lovely throughout and was nice and clean. The garden and surrounding trees were really lovely too. Thank you xx

Just home from a wonderful few days in Beadnell, the house is less than 5 minutes walk to Beadnell Bay and The Landing for amazing food. Spotlessly clean and beautifully presented, we will definitely be back!

The Beach House was a perfect stay, the beach was a 5 minute walk, the centre of Seahouses only a 10 minute walk. The area is so peaceful and tranquil with a lovely view of open fields. The house was perfect for 8 people so much room and everything you needed. The outside area again so peaceful and lovely out look. Would definitely return.
