The stay was overall great, and the host was very responsive, making sure we were well-settled. The property has 4 bedrooms—2 with attached bathrooms—and 3 additional bathrooms outside the rooms, which was convenient for a group. The house is well-equipped with everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The highlight is definitely the location—right in front of the lake, offering a serene and picturesque setting. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing getaway.

Clean and spacious stay in a quiet location with a beautiful view of the lake! Circle K convenience store is nearby and there are many great coffee shops and cafes in the neighbourhood. Would recommend this spot as the host was great at communicating and the space was very clean. We were even able to fit in a home workout one day! Also liked that we could watch YouTube on the TV. We walked around the small lake and walked into the Old quarter one day (about 30 min walk away). Otherwise we took Grab everywhere we needed to go. This was a great calm base and I would recommend it to other guests. It also helped to have a washer/dryer with the weather as we were constantly sweaty.

If you’re reading this just book it, the place is in a perfect area, security 24/7 for digital nomads WiFi is perfect, 24/7 shops local, mall is local, a bit far from tourist area for nightlife but it’s not an issue just get grab. Amazing stay.

Was a great house to stay in and close to the airport, only downside it is a bit far away from the city and use grab is a bit difficult but the host help out with those difficulties

Host was incredibly responsive, dealt with any issue we had in a prompt and efficient fashion and went over and above to provide recommendations for restaurants and local things to do in Hanoi. The location was ideal as in heart of the old quarter, walking distance to excellent restaurants and entertainment. The host provided excellent recommendations for local Vietnamese restaurants in particular, some of the best food I have ever had. The AirBnb was exactly as expected from the pictures and description on site. Host also arranged transportation from airport, which provided seamless transport to AirBnb.

We had particular requests because of our trip logistics and they were very accommodating. They held our luggage for a few hours before we flew out and it realllllly showed me that they cared for us. The location is great and we enjoyed everything being walkable.

Really enjoyed the vibe of this house — quiet and tucked away, but still in a great spot. It’s not a new villa, but it feels lived-in and comfortable, in a good way. Nice to come back here and wind down after a full day in the Old Quarter. I’d stay here again next time I’m in Hanoi.

Chỗ ở ngay gần khu show ca nhạc, rất tiện cho mình đi bộ ra show. Chỗ ở sạch sẽ, rộng rãi, dễ chịu. Mình sẽ quay lại lần sau. Chủ nhà vô cùng thân thiện, nhiệt tình & chỉ dẫn rất cẩn thận. Cảm ơn chủ nhà

Schöne Unterkunft, in der nähe gibt es alles was man braucht und das Stadtzentrum ist knapp 30 minuten mit einem Taxi entfernt. Martin war immer schnell erreichbar. Habe die Zeit genossen👍

Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit in der Unterkunft in Halong Bay! Die Wohnung war genauso schön wie auf den Fotos – sehr sauber, modern eingerichtet und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir die hervorragende Kommunikation mit der Gastgeberin. Schon im Vorfeld war der Kontakt super freundlich, schnell und sehr hilfsbereit. Während unseres Aufenthalts hat man sich proaktiv um uns gekümmert, uns tolle Tipps gegeben und war bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar. The place was exactly as described—clean, well-designed, and comfortable. Check-in was smooth, and the host was responsive without being overbearing. Great location, with plenty to explore nearby. Would definitely stay again!

The apartment is in a prime central location, just steps from Hoan Kiem Lake and the Old Quarter, surrounded by great food spots. Despite its location, it’s amazingly quiet and peaceful. The space is elegantly designed, fully equipped, and offers all the comforts you need for a perfect stay in Hanoi.

nice clean place ... host also so nice and give quick response just one thing is it little bit far from old quter so you have to take grab all the time but so nice peacefully very secure place

It’s a beautiful apartment with lovely hosts. The view is very beautiful and everything was very comfortable. Wifi was strong. Location wise a month was maybe a bit too long of a stay and you have to go across the bridge for a lot of things. Also there is a lot of loud noise as there is a school right outside, loud neighbors, and a lot of construction so I would recommend noise canceling headphones if you’re sensitive to a lot of noise. We still really enjoyed our stay here though and can’t say enough how kind and hospitable the hosts are.
