Fantastic stay in an amazing cabin with lots of space and things to do. Lots of wildlife that comes right up to the door (our kids loved watching the family of deer that visit daily), and a very peaceful location but not far from Pagosa center. The only flag is if you are bringing a dog, be mindful that there are escape routes through the grates for them in the otherwise fenced in back yard.

Cris & Sam were the perfect hosts, with great energy, extremely respectful of my privacy, but available if I needed anything, or had any questions, very responsive. I stayed in the offseason so got to enjoy the river with a lot of time alone. Their place is huge with a lot of mini private beaches right on the river to enjoy, easy to find spaces for alone time even if it had been busier! Literally a couple of mins to walk to the river, this section was shallow and slow moving so easy enough to paddleboard back and forth. I was there for a week for my own self made retreat, cleansing and for time on the river. It was perfectly peaceful and exactly what I needed ❤️ Enjoyed it very much! Thanks Cris & Sam!🙏

Lose to town but peaceful setting. My kids and I enjoyed the place to stay while we went skiing. Would recommend it to anyone else.

I really enjoyed my stay! Hosts were very friendly and responsive. The home was as described we had no issues and the price was excellent! Peaceful and clean community. I will definitely stay here again in the near future!!

The home was convenient to the city of Durango, where we were house hunting and visiting with friends

It was a very beautiful home with many family activities and lots of fun to get into. We enjoyed the firepit and loved the two kitchens. Amazing scenery. We were able to see lots of wild animals. Like Deers, woodpeckers, blue Jay, and wild turkeys. The patio was spacious for a family of 15.

Our stay was perfect for the 16 of us & provided us with many games and entertainment both inside and outside. However, the three bunk beds are not quite suitable for adults. We also had quite some difficulties with the stove but luckily the outdoor stove worked great for us. At one point we ran out of propain & David was very helpful and responsive with providing us a new can. Overall, would certainly stay again- just be weary the house is in a rougher area, but once you’re inside the house, you can’t tell at all!

Lovely space for a simple snowboarding trip. Was quiet, convenient location, and the water is super hot.

This place was amazing! Everything from the kitchen to the bathrooms was excellent! There was extra things there that made it nice on me and not to have to make a list and run to the store after a long day of skiing, like laundry detergent and sandwich bags, and coffee. It was great. We enjoyed playing cards too with my family.

Our family had a great stay. The condo is so close to the slopes and everything else. We had a beautiful trip and spent a day in Tao’s. Will definitely be back.

Great place, would stay here again. Kitchen was fully stocked and made cooking easy. Also had several board games and puzzles for entertainment. Place was clean and had everything would need.

Very nice condo. It's across the street from Historic Ft Marcy Park, which has a nice walk down the hill to the heart of town. It's also the go-to spot for watching sunsets. The bed was comfortable, the place was clean, and communication great. The only caveat: it seems to have been designed for someone very tall, which was awkward for me at 5'5" - the bathroom has a large bowl sink on top of a tall vanity, the shower shelf was up near the shower head, and the couch is meant for a tall individual. None of these are deal breakers and I would stay again.

Booked this apartment 1 week in advance, for our spring break, it was very suitable for my 2 kids (2 and 7) and dog. Lots of family board games, walking distance from the slopes, great dvd selection. We wanted to check in early and extend our stay by half a day but they were booked back to back so we needed to stick to the check in and out times. Would stay here again.

Great stay for skiing, less than a 5 min walk to the slopes. We could watch the firework show on the main slope from our balcony. Would definitely book here again, we never moved our car once we got to this airbnb because you’re in walking distance to just about everything. Also our host Nina was great and very proactive, 10/10 overall.
