Cottage L is a one-bedroom cottage (567 SF) with a sitting room, one bathroom with a tub/shower, large back porch, and convenient parking. This cottage also includes a sleeper sofa, giving you the option to add up to two additional guests in the cottage, extra charges apply. Also included in this cottage is a crib. The cottage has central heat/air with its own climate control, a TV in the sitting room with cable, free WiFi, a small refrigerator/freezer, and glassware. The cottage bedroom has a queen-sized bed. The cottage bathroom includes a hair dryer, a make-up mirror, toiletries, and 100% cotton bath towels. Cottage guests enjoy complimentary breakfast (eg, bagels, muffins, granola, juice, coffee/tea) and other items and services that is available through our general store and cafe. There is a brewery on the property that is open from Thursday through Sunday.

This 1850's one bedroom rustic cabin offers the option of 2 twin beds or 1 king (beds moved together with insert- upon request) and is ideal for history enthusiasts. A wood-burning fireplace adorns the downstairs, while the sleeping quarters are in the loft above. Decorated in period furnishings as well as an open air (no door) bathroom, visitors will get a more intimate look at our Country’s history. Our Madison Suite is our largest guest room. This room is two stories. Downstairs you will find a large sitting room with fireplace, pull out leather sofa and full private bath. Upstairs is a King Size Bed and two Private Bath. All of the guest rooms feature televisions, Alarm Clock Radios, Private Full Baths, and Great Views of the area. The house has a comfortable living room with a fireplace inside the house and a great space to sit and relax outside in our garden. WIFI included

The Perfect View Virginia

The Perfect View is located on the Beautiful Rappahannock River with the most gorgeous Sunsets in the Northern Neck. I provide a pier, fishing fear, kayaks,and you can swim in the water. I also have a Brute Magnet to treasure hunt on the river bottom. There is a rental fee and waiver to sign. I'm a Chef and provide breakfast &Dinner for an additional cost. You will have a frig and a grill as well. You catch em ! I'll clean em and cook them! I also steam crabs on sight during season.
