Abbiamo soggiornato in questo appartamento per qualche giorno e non possiamo che esprimere il nostro entusiasmo! L'host è stato sempre gentilissima e disponibile, rispondendo rapidamente a tutte le nostre domande e facendo in modo che il nostro soggiorno fosse il più confortevole possibile. L'appartamento è veramente carino, pulito e ben arredato, con un tocco moderno che si nota in ogni dettaglio, dato che è stato recentemente ristrutturato. La posizione è davvero ottima: in una zona vicina a tutte le principali attrazioni turistiche e ai trasporti pubblici, il che lo rende ideale per esplorare la città. Un'esperienza davvero positiva, torneremo sicuramente!

This is a great apartment with modern fixtures and fittings, tastefully designed and decorated. The place has WiFi as well as free secure parking and is close to Birmingham city centre. Esther was great, she was responsive and always at hand to answer our queries. Nice place to stay, I would recommend.

Very highly recommend. The property is conveniently situated amongst great transport links into the city centre whilst being on the doorsteps of Broadway Plaza. Would definitely stay again. Host was a great help and made us feel very welcome. 5*

Stayed here for 10 days while working an event in the city. initially the actual accommodation was switched to another one due to booking issues, but the alternative was just as good, all basic necessities and great location as it is a short walk from the city centre. Very comfy and nice spacious bedrooms

The picture couldn’t do the justice for the place I was obsessed with the place it was to die for but the location wasn’t just for me I was wanting the more of a night life area but I would recommend you guys to come and check this place out with ur family and friends !!!!!

A good place to stay. The house was clean a tidy and warm when we arrived. Comfortable beds and a good shower. Kitchen had all the essentials we needed to cook for ourselves and the wifi has a good signal. Plenty of room to park a car or van. Overall very satisfied and would not hesitate to recommend.

We were up for the Leicester v harlequins rugby match . Olly s place is a few minutes walk so ideal .the property was clean and tidy the beds comfortable . Instructions were clear including QR codes for internet etc. olly answered questions quickly and concisely. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would recommend

The house was warm and cosy, ideal for a family holiday. We were close to our family. We were close to a supermarket, so groceries were easily accessed. Plenty of restaurants and takeaways are available. Comfortable house and surroundings

This room have just got the new Wi-Fi. And it’s located in the city central. It took you just a few steps to the new street station. It is very convenient 👍👍👍

I stayed here for my short duration in Birmingham and thoroughly enjoyed it. However it being on a main road may be a problem for some guests, so keep that in mind when booking. Other than that, had no issues staying here, and would do so again.

Responsive host and left clear instructions, the place was clean and tidy and was in a great location!

On the day of arrival, an unfortunate and unforeseen circumstance arose and we couldn’t stay at the property due to maintenance faults. The owner was very responsive with relaying the information to myself and making sure I was kept in the loop with all the details of what was going on. When it came to definitively not being able to stay in the property, the owner was extremely apologetic and offered a refund straight away or to personally find a new place for us to stay at. She put money in from her pocket to cover a full refund so that we could book somewhere else straight away. She was very very helpful and responsive when an unexpected situation occurred and did her upmost to make sure we still had a pleasant visit to the city. Nothing but kind words to say, if we’re ever back, we would love to stay with her as I’m sure her properties are just as professional and established as Kay is!
