We enjoyed our stay and would return if we’re back in Surf City anytime soon. The location was ideal, only a short walk from the beach. The space was clean and comfortable as well.

This was a last minute booking and I couldn’t have asked for a better place! The layout is so thoughtful and the little details were well received! I adored that there were kcups and cream and sugar in the home.

Location, Location, Location Unobstructed view of the beach (sunrise) from the master bedroom and the balcony. Quiet sanctuary to reflect on the goodness of life and the ocean. Beautiful view and scenery that you cannot beat. You are literally nestled at the end of the pier with awesome views! Mattresses: Top-of-the-line quality sleep on premium mattresses. TVs: Each bedroom and the living room had its own Roku tv. High-end amenities: everything is plush in this unit. Leather couches, plush rugs (even the bath mats), high-quality sheets, towels, and beddings. Coffee maker is an espresso machine, with a frothier and a carafe much better than Starbucks. Granite countertops and an xl deep stainless steel kitchen sink with a detachable faucet. Parking was super easy (2 spaces) right beside the elevator. We will definitely return again. Don’t hesitate to book this hidden gem, it is well worth it. Beach access is right behind the pool and jacuzzi (opening soon). Book now!

Gloria & Kevin’s place was so nice. It has beautiful views of the water, especially from in your private screen porch. The apartment is very large and roomy enough for a family. It has an amazing private beach that was awesome. Gloria & Kevin were great hosts very easy going and responded quickly to any questions we had. It is a great place for some secluded R &R. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable peaceful escape.

We enjoyed the condo. It was about a 5 minute drive to beach without traffic. The Perla happy hour had amazing oysters!

Thoughtful & Relaxing We were traveling with our 7 year old and 10 month old so ‘easy’ transitions were high on our priority list. Outside of the condo: From parking to unloading the car to getting to the condo was seamless. Luggage carts were available and between the two elevators that were both close to both our vehicle and the condo, we were smooth sailing. We loved how close everything is and had a great time at the playground on-site. The part that was challenging was the lack of ramps and accessible access to the beach. There were about 40-60 stairs between us and the beach at both entrances. This made it hard (but not impossible ) to get our baby and all of our beach stuff to and from. Inside the condo: We absolutely loved how thoughtful Jana’s place is. She thought of just about everything. We were full stocked with spices, kids dishware, body wash etc. No crib option but we were able to find space for our pack&play. This bnb was clean enough for our baby to crawl and all!

We really love this place. Andy is a great host, was very helpful and responsive. It is very quite and peaceful.

We loved the location and laid back vibe of the whole area. The house is footsteps to the beach. Our family enjoyed the space. We even extended our stay to delight in the view one extra day.

We had a pleasant stay at this home. We had a great view from the balcony facing the ocean and it was just so relaxing. Perfect place for group of friends and families with 12 or more. Hot tub and game room was fun for all. I would only recommend to provide better instructions to turn on and off the hot tub for those who are naive as some of us were everything else was just near perfect. Very responsive and friendly host.

The location is walkable to so many shops, restaurants, the pier and the beach. We parked our car and didn’t move it for 5 days. The house was so clean and we felt right at home. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, air fryer, coffee maker, etc. The area was very quiet. There was always plenty of room on the beach. Our kids loved being able to walk to the park and such beautiful scenery along the way. We plan to come back!

This is a gorgeous AirBnb in a beautiful, charming neighborhood. It has everything you need - dinnerware for dozens of people, plenty of cookware, hangers in the closets, nice dressers, a grill, and more. Plenty of great touches to make you feel cozy, safe, and ready to relax!

Great home! Lots to do and see inside and out. Well equipped home and a wonderful host! We enjoyed our stay!

This was the perfect place to stay for a weekend! We stayed right beside a wedding venue our friends were getting married at downtown. Had plenty of coffee shops, restaurants and entertainment within walking distance. The house was very clean and up to date! Loved the reverse osmosis water filter- great touch! Would love to stay here again. Thanks Jo Ann!

We really enjoyed our stay at this rental! Tons for the kids to do (3 and 7 yo) and the condo felt very comfortable and clean. We plan to come back!

Great location, really enjoyed the pool (for being so late in the season) and on-site fitness room (it would have been a 20-25 minute drive to a gymm that we would have paid a $20/each entrance. The crib was nicely renovated and very clean...we cooked a few meals there and it was well equipped.

Perfect location for a getaway with everything within walking distance. Being on the 8th floor gave us a wonderful view of the Cape Fear and all the activities on the river. We walked everywhere. The building has a keypad security code to enter the lobby and we felt very safe. We needed 2 beds and the sleeper sofa was great. Room darkening drapes in the living room were great. There were enough pots and pans for breakfast and lunch and every day. Warren was accessible for questions and recommendations. It was a perfect long weekend. We'll need a longer weekend next time!
