Great place to stay for a family of five with plenty of room to spread out. Easy walking distance to the city and waterfront, and easy motorway access for sight seeing further afield. Loved relaxing in the spa after busy days out. Super responsive and helpful hosts. Thank you!

A great location & a stunning home that has been restored so beautifully. The suite was perfect & we enjoyed our stay throughly. Would definitely recommend & we will be back again for sure.

So easy to get to attractions like MOTAT and the Zoo by car. It's an easy walk down Queen St to the waterfront too. Suggest you find transport back if not accustomed. or keen, to walk back up Queen St. Bus travel will require a AT loaded card as they do not accept cash or eftpos. It's a 10min-15min walk (some of it uphill) to a new 4 Square on Kyber Pass Road and the same to K=Road at the Queen St end. We highly recommend Carmil's on the next block (open Thurs-Sat) for delicious pastries and Pita Breads along with good coffee. Don't leave it too late - they are very popular. Hosts are awesome, leaving a personalised welcome note on the whiteboard. Note: There is no microwave so be prepared to cook the old fashioned way but using up=to-date appliances. We loved the view of the Sky Tower, The Harbour Bridge and the Light Up portion of the cycleway into the CBD, particularly at night. We really enjoyed our stay and will be certain to stay again in the future.

Ted’s place was a gem for our family of four. Great location right in the heart of Birkenhead, shops, pub and restaurants all a short walk away. Nice and modern facilities, comfy beds and an excellent shower. Fantastic views of the sky tower. Ted was helpful and friendly and make our stay very easy. Would highly recommend to others looking for a place in Auckland. Thanks for having us!

We had the most fantastic stay! Allison was incredibly responsive and friendly. The location really stands out. It is front row with lovely unobstructed views and restaurants in both directions, yet it is still private and peaceful. Honestly, we felt privileged to be able to stay in what is clearly a very cherished family holiday home.

My husband and I had an absolutely amazing time staying here! We arrived in waiheke around 2 pm and veronika was flexible with allowing us to check in an hour early! She met us (along with her adorable dog kiwi) as we walked up the driveway and helped us inside. She gave us a tour and gave us some good recommendations for dinner and walking trails in the area. The suite itself is lovely. Temperature control works great, the view was wonderful, and oneroa village and the beach is just a few minutes walk away! The bedroom and living room were very clean and I loved learning about the water collection initiatives on wiaheke! At the end of our stay our taxi driver was late to pick us up for our return ferry and Veronika offered to drive us there herself!! Absolutely exceptionally and above and beyond hospitality. I would book here again immediately and you all should too!!!

Clean, comfortable, & convenient - about halfway between Takapuna & Devonport - an excellent studio flat with great garden. We enjoyed our stay & appreciated helpful advice from Judy. Good cooking facilities, but also handy to Belmont shops for take-aways or eating out.

Steve was great to deal with and the stay at his AirB&B was a perfect relaxing weekend away. Perfect for couples looking for a peaceful romantic time away with breathtaking views.

We LOVED our stay! The house was so beautiful and the location was perfect. Super clean, amazing rooms, amazing appliances and streaming services to use and plenty of space for all 10 of us! We felt so blessed to find this home and would stay here again in a heart beat!! Also the host is an amazing communicator and so easy to work with! Would absolutely recommend for anyone wanting easy access to Auckland and wanting to stay in a beautiful home.

Nick was an amazing host, he was very friendly and fun to talk with. Check in was simple. The location was amazing. It was very nice to relax at night in the hot tub. It is a great place to base yourself in to go exploring from.

Great, clean, tidy and well provisioned townhouse in a very handy central location. Excellent communication. The stay was extremely smooth and hassle free. Location is a relatively new rank of properties, so best to use an adjacent street, right next to the property when giving uber drivers directions, or the map can direct them to the wrong side. However that’s very easy to do and not any fault of the property itself. Would stay again.

Felt at home immediately. Paul was supper friendly and helpful. I enjoyed a peaceful weekend with all the comforts of home. Loved the bush view and the bed was perfect! It was great to stay in a bnb in nz that had aircon in each room which made sleeping much more comfortable. Spotlessly clean and modern. Highly recommend.

The house is in the perfect location, close to the beach and shops, nicely appointed, comfy and with great views. We actually endured the tail of an intensive storm and the entire area lost power for 36 hrs (obviously no fault of Jonny's). During this period Jonny, stayed in touch and offered his services and support where possible. Would highly recommend the house and Jonny and would certainly book again.

Michael was the host that we worked with and he was wonderful!! He was very responsive, friendly and gave us great recommendations! We really enjoyed our stay!!

The property was lovely and was just perfect for our little getaway with friends. We enjoyed Clevedon Village, Kawakawa Bay and the Sunday markets. The house had everything you needed and a few surprise extras. Highly recommended.
