Also Louise was exceptionally supportive of my requests with a little help for my elderly mum concerning check-in … Perfect vantage point for the Anzac Parade along The Strand Very quick to respond to my messages. Would highly recommend this stay .. 😃

Beautiful location and nice apartment, free of clutter. Simple with great amenities! Walkable to local restaurants and the host was extremely nice and welcoming! The place felt just like home and it was very well kept. Couple cons, the Bed was extremely hard and its two king singles put together which I wish I had known as my little one sleeps in the middle so it was uncomfortable for her and she would roll on one side or the other. There is a shared doorway that connects two apartments which is locked but can get a bit noisy as there’s a gap underneath that we had to cover since we could hear the conversations next door. Overall the stay itself was great for our short period.

Steve and Bettina’s place was a fantastic location for our 5 day stay. The apartment is as described - clean, beautifully decorated and comfortable. It is a great location to restaurants and the Strand as well as nice and quiet! Steve and Bettina were always approachable and responsive with our questions. We are travelling as 2 couples, including attending a conference at the Cairns Convention Center. Cheryl’s place was just right: spacious and welcoming… easy to walk to the Esplanade and 25 min walk to the Convention Centre, plus the Railway station for the Karanda railway and Skyline adventure.(recommend) Happy to recommend++ Cheryl’s place Thank you for hosting us

We had a fantastic stay at this grand home in Bungalow. The house is spacious and beautifully maintained, offering a perfect blend of historic charm and modern comforts. Being so close to Cairns CBD made it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Overall, a comfortable and enjoyable experience—highly recommended!

Our family enjoy staying at David's so much we have been back 4 times. The pantry is well stocked. The living areas are large and comfortable. Undercover parking and a covered clothes line make dealing with wet season rain easy. There is also a good size internal laundry with a washing machine and separate dryer. All the bedrooms are a great size and the beds are comfortable. David's home is in a wonderful location. If you feel like a short walk the botanical Gardens and cafes are only minutes away. It's also only short drive to many of Cairns best attractions including the Sky rail and scenic railway, aquarium and lagoon. The location is also ideal, if you want to explore a little north of Cairns and visit Port Douglas, Mossman or the Daintree. You will also be well placed to vist Hartley's, and have an up close breakfast will the koalas. David's place is easily the best value in Edge Hill.

Had a wonderful stay in Kristina’s home. Everything you could want for a holiday in Cairns with the family. Very clean,quiet surroundings, comfortable beds, good shower pressure, and lots of things supplied in the kitchen with a big fridge.The stand out for my family was the HEATED POOL and outside area, we spent most days in the pool and sitting outside in the undercover area. It’s close enough to Cairns, Trinity beach and Palm Cove but in a quiet neighbourhood. Highly recommend this lovely house thanks Kristina for a wonderful stay.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ An Absolutely Magical Stay! From the moment we arrived, this Airbnb felt like something out of a dream. The setting was serene and beautiful, with lush surroundings that made us feel completely immersed in nature. It was almost like I imagined living in a fairy treehouse might feel. Very inspiring! The highlight? Besides the obvious shown in photos in ad - A family of frogmouth owls perched in the tree by the pool, adding an enchanting touch to our mornings and evenings. Don’t get me started on the incredible background noise of the little waterfall running into a stream that can be heard when relaxing on the back deck. 😍 The home itself was impressive, very thoughtfully designed, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Our host Wendy was incredibly welcoming and made sure we had everything we needed. If you’re looking for a stay that’s peaceful, unique, and filled with natural beauty, this is the place. We can’t wait to return!

We had a wonderful stay at this house! The space was clean, well-furnished, and exactly as described in the listing. The kitchen had everything we needed, and the beds were super comfortable. We've been travelling around Australia for 3 months and feel this was our favorite place to stay in all of our time here. The home was stunning. Very comfortable and private, it was all you could ask for and more. It was a mere 185 steps to the beach (it was right across the street!) and just a few blocks away on the same street were some amazing restaurants, cafes and shops. They were easily accessible but far enough away that you couldn't hear any music or noise. In fact, the only thing we could hear from the house was the wind blowing through the trees or birds chirping. The home was stunning, modern, pristine and Deborah was a fantastic host. It really couldn't have been better and it was difficult to leave.

Fantastic host, place is quirky and really cool - we loved it. He even let us check in early because the guests before had left. Kitchen was great and well stocked too, and the outdoor table on the verandah on the back was also lovely.

The apartment was very comfortable and had all the amenities needed. The aircon could be changed in every room (important in Cairns), the beds were super comfortable and the kitchen had everything needed. I found it a really nice balance between a hotel and airbnb. Thomas was very friendly and accommodating and I would definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved staying at Leah’s place. It had a very warm and cozy feel and included everything we needed and more. The proximity to the sporting complex for our basketball tournament was perfect and we loved all the little extras Leah had for us including fruit, bread, and snacks. We look forward to staying here again later this year!

A beautiful and modern apartment with stunning views. All amenities were fantastic and we really enjoyed our stay. A cot was setup ready for our baby. Very minor note, the Wi-Fi across Bright Point is ok, but it can be unreliable, particularly in the evenings.

I had a great stay at Andrea’s place! The apartment was exactly as shown in the photos—modern, spotless, and felt quite new. It’s in a great location, making it easy to get around, and the area was nice and quiet. Everything was super clean and well-maintained. Would definitely recommend and stay again!

Paul's unit is in a perfect location. We canceled our car rental because everything is very walkable. Great restaurants, markets, shopping, and activities in the area. The balcony has a beautiful view of the esplanade. Loved hanging out at dusk watching the fruit bats. We will stay here again if we return to Cairns for a holiday! Recommend Passions of Paradise for snorkel/dive coral reef. Great staff and a wonderful boat! Thanks, Paul!

Ideal location and very accessible (highly recommend for anyone using a wheelchair). Comfortable bed and great for a stay in Cairns. Lacking basic condiments (salt, pepper and oil) and basic supplies (garbage bags, tongs and chux)

Stayed nearly six weeks at Andrew’s condo and it was perfect in every way. The photos are accurate and the condo did not disappoint. Andrew was very responsive to all of our questions and he provided us with a few “local only” gems! The location is on the north end of the esplanade and it’s about a 30 minute walk to the lagoon. One some days….with the heat and humidity…..it was a LONG walk. But an Uber ride was easy to get and gave us a reprieve from that long walk for about $10AU. I am a hobby chef and Andrew’s kitchen provided me with everything I needed to cook at home. Note to other chefs…the only gourmet pantry shop I could find was Fresh in the Village in Edge Hill. (About a 10 minute drive from the condo). It’s a small cheese counter and deli and the best in town! If you’re considering booking this condo i recommend doing it right now. The calendar fills up fast.
