This is a fantastic central Wellington Apartment. You are right in the heart of the city, so can be a bit of street noise, but the payoff is there is a cafe at the front door, with a bakery. Two craft beer bars within 20 meters. Restaurants all easy walking distance. Maria has hosted us a few times now, and we will be back again.

What a great place to stay! Close enough to the city and all of its attractions and far enough away from the ‘sweet’ smells of Rotorua. We enjoyed the wonderful daytime views and starry nights. The accommodations were comfortable like our own home.

Chloe and Andy were amazing hosts. They were very responsive and answered all of our questions right away. The studio was cute and charming, just as described. We had everything we needed and then some.

Andrew is a fantastic host. He is very friendly and recommended the local vineyards and restaurants that we should try. We love the airbnb. Came with washing machine which is very useful. We highly recommend Andrew's place.

A real gem on the Petone waterfront/esplanade! The place is as lovely as its hosts! Huge top floor all to yourself with 5 distinct areas: bedroom, bathroom, lounge, viewing section, TV nook. The pictures do not do it justice. Loved the ocean being opposite the house and the personal touches like hoisting the country of origin flag for the guests staying on their flag pole outside! Lesley and Lawry gave me the privacy I needed but were happy to socialise when I wanted some company too! Loved the little touches like breakfast provided in the self contained kitchen. Highly recommended, will book again in a heartbeat!

We loved our stay! A beautiful and peaceful property. It was cozy and comfortable, and felt just like home for our three night stay. We appreciated, and enjoyed the delicious breakfast items. Location was great for everything we got to in Rotorua. We had a lot of rain during our stay, but still savoured every second of the spectacular view from the window. Would happily stay again!!

Margaret was gracious and attentive when needed. I can't say enough about how wonderful our stay was. The entire place was well-furnished. The kitchen and bath were conveniently organized. The accomadations were spacious and the furnishings were comfortable from the sofas to the beds. The grounds were beautiful. I will be recommending Margaret's place to family members who will be visiting NZ later this year.

Great space. Very walkable and close to great restaurants, shopping, public transport. Had a car but didn’t need it the entire time while at this space. Loft is large and open. Love the character of the old brick building. Smaller bedroom has 2 beds and off living room while larger bedroom is up in a loft but private from main space. Only drawback is the bathroom is on the other side of the space from the larger bedroom. Large flight of stairs to get to it. Belinda was very helpful and very responsive to our requests while staying in the space. Would recommend and would stay again.

Fantastic, fun, large and unique apartment. Loved the big, high-ceilinged, open-plan kitchen/dining/sitting room. Big comfy sofas and a long dining table were perfect to hang out on. We loved it and would definitely stay here again.

Great place really comfortable and professionally presented. Location is great as short walk to everything you need. Steph is very communicative and flexible and always made time for any questions or concerns. Thanks Steph for hosting us really appreciated it.

This is my second stay this year and I guess returning to the same place says it all. It's a great location, the place is comfy, roomy, clean and extremely well equipped. Communication is super prompt and accomodating. I look forward to my next stay when visiting Auckland. Thank you

Awesome apartment to stay at, we had everything we needed, was comfortable and great area and home away from home Rod was so easy to communicate with and fast to respond, close to good restaurants, highly recommended

Amanda was very accommodating. The rental was clean with all the essentials and quite comfortable. Plus it was in a great location. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Great little getaway, great views. Very comfortable. Walk to town and the lake was easy. Moon is a great host.

Jennifer was responsive and flexible. It was a great please close by cute neighborhoods and the downtown area. Everything was within walking distance and having parking made it easy to get around with a car.
