The place was clean and exactly as described. The instructions were clear and David was extremely helpful and responsive. I have 0 complaints at all and would definitely stay here again.

This is an outstanding beach condo. Super clean, tastefully decorated, very peaceful and friendly neighbors. We rode out Hurricane Milton here with no issues. The beach is very private and we really enjoyed happy hour at Cadillac Cove across the street. The king bed was super comfy and I loved the living room recliner. The kitchen had everything we needed. The place is very quiet and we enjoyed taking our meals on the ocean front lanai. Highly recommended!!

A wonderful condo and a beautiful community. Super close to the beach with tennis courts and a part three golf course. The location was ideal when coming down to see our son play college baseball at Gladwin Stadium. Travis was very responsive and helpful whenever I had questions regarding dining and activities. We will definitely stay again next time we are on Hutchinson Island.

Tammy is a fantastic host and her apartment is truly special, as soon as we entered after a long trip from the UK we felt at home. Spotless clean, very comfortable bed and unlike some rentals we have stayed in, everything worked as it should, from the hot water to the internet to the kitchen appliances. The balcony overlooking the pond was the perfect place to catch the afternoon/evening sun and the pool which was rarely busy was a minute walk across the street. Would we stay again? Yes we most certainly would. Thanks for everything. 10/10!

We had a wonderful stay! Condo unit has direct ocean front view. Beautifully appointed. Very quiet beach which is just what we were looking for. Joseph was very helpful and responded quickly to our inquiries. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in the area.

We loved staying at Kari’s place. The condo was comfortable and inviting, and the location can’t be beat. It was well stocked and such a lovely place to relax and wind down after busy days at the beach and the pool. Incredibly convenient location. Kari was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. 100% recommend. We would love to stay here again!

Kelly's one-bedroom condo with pull-out couch was perfectly comfortable for my daughter's and my get-away to Florida. The condo is comfortable, bright, airy, and charming. It is quite literally a two minute walk - or less! - from the condo to the beautiful beach. If you're looking for a quiet, relaxing location this fits the bill. Kelly provides a Guest Information folder with suggestions for local breakfast, lunch and dinner spots as well as bars and clubs.

Patrice’s place was SO beautiful. Cute condo and nice amenities. The pool was brand new and everyone was really nice. Patrice was also very helpful and kind about everything!

We had a great stay in this beautiful house divided in 3 apartments, it is very well located in Vero Beach. Information and organization were great to get there. Everything was perfect. We enjoyed our 2 nights there ! Thank you :-)

Excellent quiet beachside location. The building was a mix of owners and visitors. All were friendly, welcoming and easy to talk to. The AC in the unit is excellent resulting in cool, dry conditions in the humid beachside unit. Several restaurants and a great ice cream shop are within walking distance. The patio on the beach was wonderful providing sunny mornings and shady afternoons. A very peaceful and relaxing location.

This was an ideal place for a quiet vacation. Condo was clean and well equipped with easy access and parking. Checkin was seamless. We thoroughly enjoyed the short walks into Downtown Melbourne, around the beautiful harbour and riverside as well as longer across the causeway. It was a short drive to beaches and shopping for supplies. We enjoyed sitting out on the balcony overlooking the harbour in the early morning and evenings (We grew used to train and traffic which we really didn’t notice when inside the condo) Sleeping was not an issue. Pool unfortunately was closed for maintenance but we didn’t really miss it . Carole was always only a text away All in all a great spot and would book again.

Thank you so much for the incredible stay! This was the perfect location for our honeymoon! It was so great to be above David’s antique shop and Grumpy’s biscuits. We felt welcomed and safe the entire time.

The view was absolutely breathtaking and even better the sound of the waves from the living room was so peaceful. We felt right at home. The place was clean and spacious. There is a 7-11 and the most amazing Thai restaurant right across the street. Overall, it was the short break that my family needed.

Had a really nice stay and it was an amazing location right by the beach. It was a very cozy place to stay and had everything that I needed. Kelly and Austin were very responsive and friendly. I would definitely stay here again if I am in the area.

Our family had a great time at this ABNB. It was a very nice, clean, and very well organized home. The location was also amazing. It was peaceful with stunning views and had excellent amenities such as the pool, tennis and others. Alicia is a great host and was very responsive.

Ocean Village has easy access to just about everything. Indira's condo is right off the 9th green and close to the on-site restaurant, tiki bar and the beach. This condo has everything a couple needs for a relaxing, comfortable stay. The only thing that could be improved is a keyless entry lock. I was constantly checking to make sure we had the key and didn't lose it!

Cute and cozy condo in a convenient area! Just steps to the beach and pool! Reasonably priced. Responsive hosts. Wish it had a tub and a free in-unit laundry as we had a two year old with us, but it was still a very nice stay!

This was exactly what we were looking for. The place is right on the beach with private access and the beach wasn’t busy at all. The condo was so cute with the beach theme; it was clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we could need. We loved sipping coffee on the private balcony while watching the waves and surfers. The highlight of our trip after 3 scrubs, was getting to see a launch. Thank you Michelle.

This place was perfect for what we needed. Great proximity to the golf courses and great restaurants/bars. We will be back for sure and highly recommend!

The condo location was great! We definitely enjoyed our stay!

Just a wonderful all around place to stay. Check-in was late, couldn’t get into room until 4:30, but it was Easter Sunday. CEANING FEE: $65. This is not listed in the total pricing. Once you book it they then tell you that it’s $65 cleaning fee that you will pay the property. They have it listed under House rules. Very Clean Condo. Pool is redone and beautiful! (Pool is in parking lot and not beach side.) But amazing!!!!Beach is steps away. (Becareful renting the beach chairs, we rented for the day and went inside for lunch and came back and Chad had another family in our spot. Then he was incredibly rude to us for leaving and coming back and wanting our spot.) But this does not reflect the property at all. Just a heads up. Will 100% be returning to this spot! Found a new favorite spot.

We had an, albeit ahort, very pleasant stay. I'll miss the sound of the sea forever. The appartment has everything uou need to enjoy a beach vacation, the heated pool on the resort was amazing. It's woth noting that thia property is only four stories high, unlike most of the behemooths on that location, thia gives a sense of privacy and coziness that gets lost otherwise.
