This was our second stay at Claudia's House and has been perfect for our family get together. The house is so clean, warm and welcoming and we love the extra touches eg putting up a Christmas tree which made it extra special. (we all loved the hot chocolate and coffee machines too!!) would highly recommend.

This was a wonderful stay, highly recommend to anyone. Although it’s in the hosts living premises, you have total privacy in the Elliott suite and the uninterrupted use of the pool and hot tub. The character in the Elliott suite is fabulous. There were loads of films available & also full access to smart tv Netflix etc. I felt so at home here & will absolutely come back! Lucy is lovely and a helpful host! Couldn’t recommend this stay enough!😍

Great find - was visiting from London to attend a family wedding nearby. So pleased we managed to find this for our 1 night stay. Finding the property was easy and easy to access on arrival. Was nice and clean and smelt good on arrival, plenty of room and had everything we needed for our short stay. The prosecco on arrival was a nice touch and being a short walk to the beach and local shops made this ideal for us. We would highly recommend

Thank you for another excellent stay. This time we got to benefit from the coastal walks and open space straight out the back gate. Julie was a great help when my lad accidentally set off the house alarm. Within 15 minutes the alarm stopped and our day was saved as we had tickets booked! Brilliant hosting and was attentive that all our expectations were met through the break. Highly recommended and will come again if Julie will have us 🙂

Welcoming, clean, comfortable, fully equipped home from home. And because of perfect peaceful location for visiting family in hull meant that the house provided perfect base for us.

We spent a great bank holiday weekend at Lisa’s house. There was 10 of us - 4 x adults and 6 x children and there was plenty of space for everyone. The house is very clean, the interior design is spot on and the views across the countryside at the rear of the property really top things off. The local area is lovely too, plenty of walks locally and a great little pub just a few minutes walk away, where we enjoyed a very good Sunday lunch. Lisa and Heidi were really responsive hosts - genuinely can’t fault our trip to the Lincolnshire countryside!

Sharon was a fantastic host, very quick to respond and host us last minute! The cottage was great and had what we needed as a family of 4, (2 adults and 2 children). Everything was very clean and comfortable. The location was lovely and peaceful but also close enough to the town of Louth for anything needed and not far to the seaside for a day trip out! Highly recommended

Great location Peaceful and relaxing Great local pub within a 5 minute walk, great beer, great food at reasonable price. Would definitely stay again for a relaxing weekend with the wife and the dogs.

We had a fantastic stay , the caravan has everything and more, the coffee machine and all the little extras is an amazing touch ,hot tub is obviously the highlight of the weekend, the gazebo was perfect for a chilly evening, would definitely be coming back. Thank you 😊

Absolutely stunning 3 night stay in the Lyra cabin and wowee, were we treated! Beautiful surroundings, the cosy log fire of a night time, the wildlife and birdsong. Everything about this stay was special for us, and with the site only a 30 min drive from Lincoln there is PLENTY to do if you do fancy a little explore. Jess was incredibly accommodating and very responsive throughout. The shared bathroom area was always spotless and stocked (and it felt private due to the small number of other residents). The cabin was warm, spacious and had all the clean crockery etc you could need for a short trip. Nothing to complain about! Hope the new developments go well!!

We had a lovely stay surrounded by beautiful fields, the sounds of wildlife and stunning star filled nights. I brough my dog along for the trip and she had a blast exploring the surrounding woods, beaches all within a short drive. The first morning i thought their was an issue with the shower and before the i got off the phone to Natalie there was a plumber on the phone ready to come take a look and another option was offered instantly. luckily it was user error and we had a chuckle when it wasnt working because i hadnt seen the string cord in the corner of the bathroom and everything was perfectly fine in the end.

Booked this stay as a surprise for my fiancé for our anniversary. We absolutely loved it and would recommend it to anyone. Such a beautiful cabin that enabled us to feel relaxed and enjoy the peaceful environment. The host was very helpful when responding to messages and gave very clear instructions on how to find the place. There was a folder inside the cabin that listed some walking routes which were very close by and the walks themselves were very nice.

The Nest is in a stunning location and the inside matches as well. The short walk ( stumble after a few drinks ) to the splash in is a beautiful one by the side of the river. The garden and waterside decking is amazing. Natalie was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back
