Pros: Convenient location-- close to market & restaurants, easy to buy food or eat out. Own washroom & an area where you could cook simple meal. Self adjusted air-con & good wi-fi connection. His unit had all the things we wanted. Host is super nice & helpful, came to bus stop to bring us to his place. He also offered to drive us to border gate of Macau & to airport free of charge, making it so much easier for us with luggage. He was very flexible with check-in & check-out, making it very convenience for us. He is very responsible, quick to response & always tried his best to resolve whatever issues we had. He even treated us with bird nests--something very expensive & very tasty. The best host we have ever had. Cons: the room is on 3rd floor & stairs only. His house is not smoke-free. One of his tenants is a smoker. Unfortunately, I am sensitive to smokes. Good that we always went out during the day & were not affected as much.

This booking is made for my Aunt from Taiwan. She was very satisfied with the accommodation. The host responded quickly, and the check-in process was smooth. Upon entering the property, There was a nice balcony just in front of you with fresh air. The surrounding area consists of low-density residential，so making you feel like being abroad . It is approximately a 10-minute walk to the Wu Kai Sha MTR station, and there are covered walkways along the route, The roads are wide and clean. Before you reach the station, there is a small shopping mall equipped with restaurants and a supermarket. Overall, My Aunt was very satisfied with Christy’s home!

El host es buena persona trata de comunicarse en el idioma que hables pero por favor tengan paciencia o usen el traductor en chino asi pueden comunicarse mejor . Esta empezando el es muy amable y dispuesto a ayudarte siempre . Solo falta precisar la ubicación y ya . El apartamento ea igual a las fotos y la zona esta al lado de una calle principal que tiene hasta un mcdonald por el precio esta bien

Really enjoyed our stay. Really close to Shenzhen. Uber sometimes have trouble finding the place. The pool only opens in July. Everything else was super good! Stanley was super friendly and nice. Thoroughly loved our time in Hong Kong!

因为有三个孩子也一起来。房间有厨房厨具，楼下就有超市，煮饭很方便。房东很热情，到地铁口接的我们。

A lovely flat bang in the very centre of Tai Po with loads of great food options nearby. Jinny was very responsive and great at dealing with a small issue that we had.

It is a fantastic place, close to Sai Kung town and transport stations. Flav is a great host, and was very pleasant to deal with. We will book again on our return. Great view from the living room, bedroom and balcony!

十分推荐的住所，是我会再次选择和推荐给他人的地方。 这个地方离香港大学不远，适合想去香港大学参观的人，地铁站需要走一段，但也不远，不过附近公交站和电车站很多，出行也很方便。 房东会为你准备一个入住指南PPT，有一种被认真对待的感觉，PPT里会为你讲述家里设备使用方法，周边美食推荐以及一些入住要求，简单明了，直接上手。 我觉得最吸引我的就是有种家的感觉吧，从大小到布局和家具选择，像是我在香港这里要打拼一阵子会选择的短期住宿，虽然我只是五一来玩几天的，而且实际入住和图片基本符合一致。 房东也很有礼貌，很好说话，不过由于来的时候属于是香港的工作日，回复不是很及时，和我其他住的地方也有类似到情况，但是已经算回复很快的房东了，如果有急事建议早点与房东沟通。 配备的洗衣机，空调，马桶及淋浴设备都蛮好用的，甚至还有块小显示屏可以使用。唯一不太好的地方就是那个饮水机吧，来的第一晚就发现出故障了，热水冷水都取不了，不过房东有提供另外的热水壶可以使用，虽然我还是更喜欢直接喝冷水。

We had a pleasant 6-day stay at Kitling’s Urban Harmony Loft. It was close to an MTR station, with another MTR station slightly further up the road. We discovered a nice supermarket, 7-Elevens, restaurants, bakeries, fruit & meat shops, a wet market and even a shopping mall within a few hundred metres. On top of that there was a lovely promenade by the sea nearby, where we spent evenings watching the sunset. We enjoyed the seafront walk from this promenade to Central too. Kitling and her husband were helpful, had kept the place clean and provided all sorts of conveniences in this unit. It was located on the first floor in a nice, quiet place with no cars in the immediate vicinity to disturb the peace. The lane on which it was situated was about the height of a 3-storey building above surrounding roads, but there was a public lift nearby that helped reduce the number of steps to navigate. We really enjoyed our stay here and would like to thank Kitling & husband for everything.

Harvey is an excellent host. We felt well looked after, picked us up at the bus stop, showed us around the apartment, and was very accomodating with our three kids (aged 7, 4, 2). The place had two comfy double beds and a single bed, we managed to open our portable cot in the master room, Hong Kong style. There was enough space for the kids to move around, for us to do laundry and watch some Disney. The apartment complex is easy to reach, with a safe short walk (all indoor/ shopping mall) to the MTR station. It also has two play spaces, and a library for free. The gym, pool, and basketball court isn’t free but very convenient and well equipped. I can recommend Harvey and his place to anyone visiting Hong Kong with a family. Space is a premium in Hong Kong, and this apartment is further out, but still easy to get to, and feels very safe for families.

We ( family of 3) stayed at this apartment in Apr and had a very good time. The apartment was near, clean and was very tastefully decorated. The place is located close to the central and has frequent buses going towards it and therefore the commuting part was not much of an issue with the bus stop located a hundred odd metres away and nearest MTR (Wan Chai) being 7-8 mins walk roughly. Vagisha and Lyn were very helpful right from providing tips earlier on before coming to the place and then during our stay the guidance helped us to navigate faster and easily. it was a very homely feeling after being out the day visiting places and coming back to the apartment. Thanks to Vagisha for making our stay comfortable and also Lyn for all the local guidance. Would love to come back and spend more time at leisure.

Waarschijnlijk mijn beste Airbnb-ervaring. De locatie is erg geschikt voor een eerste bezoek aan Hongkong. De directe omgeving is erg levendig. De rest van de stad is makkelijk te bereiken door de roltrappen naar de metro te pakken. Of middels de bussen die vlak voor de deur stoppen. Het appartement is de woning van de host. Het voelde als een eer daar te mogen verblijven. Ik vond het een fijne ruimte. Het uitzicht was precies zoals je je voorstelt van Hongkong. Ik had alles wat ik nodig had. Sooj was aardig en behulpzaam. Hij gaf het gevoel dat hij je vertrouwt met zijn huis, ook al ken je elkaar natuurlijk niet. Zijn huishoudelijke hulp Margie was een schat van een mens! Toen ik in de laatste dagen van mijn verblijf ziek werd hebben Sooj en Margie ervoor gezorgd dat ik zo fit mogelijk bij mijn vlucht aan kon komen. Ik ben erg blij dat ik voor deze plek had gekozen.

The location was great at this airbnb and was very close to Sai Ping Yun Mtr station. The apartment had an amazing view of the Hong Kong sky line and harbour. There were lots of shops and places to eat close by or just a short Mtr ride away. This apartment suited our families needs for our visit to Hong Kong. Hubby enjoyed making use of the gym but unfortunatley the pool was closed as it was winter. The kitchen now has a microwave and oven for any future guests. The hosts were very helpful with any queries we had.
