Lovely house and garden minutes from a great beach. The open plan living space was great for our holiday. The house was great for our (soon to be) two year old daughter. Bedrooms were spacious and the whole place had a nice feel.

Fantastic. 3 min walk to dog friendly beach. Is a bit far to anywhere to walk to eat other than Venus Cafe if you have your 87 year old mum with you but house is so gorgeous you could happily stay in and enjoy the view from the dining table.

This is our second stay at Atlantic View - and just as wonderful. Beautifully situated, with stunning views. A home from home - the space is very clean and well equipped. The holiday village is quiet, but with new facilities open which are lovely. Heated pool, bar and restuarant within walking distance.

We stayed here with our two young children to visit friends in the local area. It was a lovely space and very clean. Everything you need for a break away. The children were able to play in the garden also. The Hosts were friendly and helpful and excellent communication. It is also near to the local bus stop if you wanted to catch that into Exmouth town instead of walking or driving. Lots of amenities available in the town and the beach is lovely. We’ve already booked our next stay. 😊

Bay view road bungalow lived up to its photographs. Brilliantly quirky, loved the swing in the lounge, the most amazing view, the conservatory making it perfect for sunny or pouring with rain days. We didn’t need for anything, lovely and warm on the cold rainy day we had, brilliantly hot in the sunshine. We will definitely stay again. We initially struggled to find it as we had come in form a different direction for the directions given, but the post codes/satnav takes you to the road, so then just find the number. Easy parking, a few steep steps down to the bungalow, but there is a hand rail, so not an issue. We loved it and will be back.

fantastic location in Perranporth.....right on the beach..... lovely homely bungalow with everything you needed..... although we didn't get to meet our host she was always contactable and very responsive and friendly.... a great few days away thank you Francesca

What a real gem of a place! It was all about the views across the bay. We spent an enjoyable week watching all the surfers of various sorts through our binoculars. The beautiful sunrises and sunsets too. The house and sofas are a little dated but it was excellent value for money and we had no complaints. There were plenty of games and puzzles to enjoy too. We enjoyed the short stroll down to the Venus cafe, beach and across to Burgh Island. The Pilchard Inn a favourite spot with the lovely weather we had. We hope to visit again in the future. 😊

Fabulous house Fabulous host beds very comfy house very homely, very clean and warm,great location for sightseeing went to St Michael's Mount, Eden project, Finicular railway all not to far a drive from Kam's Moran's restaurant exceptional, had a lovely takeaway from Hong Kong Dinner. The hot tub was amazing, any problems very quick response from Kam, would definitely return lots more to see.

David is a fantastic host! Beautiful sea views, spacious accommodation, secure back garden/terrace, hot tub was an added bonus! Excellent location close to Paignton, Cockington, Brixham, steam train/ferry to Dartmouth, dog walking beaches (check restrictions during summer months). Thanks David for a lovely stay. Would highly recommend.

Lovely quiet place to stay close to minehead but far enough away. Beautiful surroundings lovely walks on the doorstep. Clean and comfortable with a very secure garden for a dog

Thank you Deborah we had another wonderful stay in your beautiful home. It’s so comfortable and welcoming and in a quiet area. It’s great that’s it’s so close to Sidmouth and so easy to walk into the town along a riverside walk. There are so many places to visit in the area. We had a very enjoyable stay, the house was easy to find with clear instructions, off road parking and a very private and quiet area. We were in a big residential area but it was really quiet, we loved the little house it was well arranged and had everything we needed,my husband and I have stayed in quite a few airbnbs around Cardiff to visit our daughter, and this is the best so far, there was bread and croissants, jams, milk, butter, water, orange juice etc, as well as toiletries and even new toothbrushes etc in the bathroom, should you need them. Whenever we have stayed in other Airbnbs we have always had to go and buy all these after arriving, after our long journey in the car due to roadworks and an accident holding up traffic we really appreciated being able to have a cup of tea without having to go shopping. We would definitely stay again if the property is available when I next visit Cardiff

Great location, fabulous dog proof garden but the gate catch needs some attention. Bungalow was as advertised and suited us perfectly, would absolutely stay again.

The perfect place to get away from it all and unwind. Plenty of space and privacy. Gorgeous views out the back. Ticks all the boxes for a home away from home. Thank you!

lily cottage was ideal for us. plenty of space for 2 people. A Nice private secluded garden for us to sit in. very clean, the extras that were provided was a nice touch. Ideal location, would love to return again next year. had a lovely week...thanks
