Leah’s place was just what we needed. A large affordable apartment near downtown Martinez that was easily walkable. Leah was super responsive with all our inquiries and helped us out a lot. Great stay.

My fiancee decided to secure Sarah's place as the locale for her wedding-day eve she-pad. It was meant to be a place of rest and peace so she could prepare for our wedding day the following day. Sarah's place delivered! My fiancee had a peaceful time staying there with her mother as she went over the last details of our wedding and Sarah's apartment also served as a respite for us after our wedding day. It was clean, cute, peaceful and everything she said it would be. The place was spotless and we could tell that Sarah really cared about her place, as well as cared about us because the decor and the snacks(especially coffee) made us feel at home and welcomed. If we didn't live so close to Sarah, we would plan on making frequent return visits to her space(we still might!). Thank you Sarah for everything!!

Beautiful home with stunning surroundings! My husband and I came for my birthday trip and had a great stay! Only wish the bed wasn’t so hard. Other than that it was a great stay!

The place was perfect for our stay. Easy to get to shopping and restaurants. Whole Foods directly across the street. Clean and comfortable apartment.

The place was awesome and we had the best time. Stayed with our family and friends and all of us said it was the kind of place we would own if we were to live up there. Might have been hard to find if not for the great directions provided before. Hosts did a great job of checking in on us. Place was clean and spacious with pool and jacuzzi along with creek that runs right by the house. Every morning we would enjoy our coffee with the dear, turkeys, and various wildlife. One of our most enjoyable vacations thank you!

We stayed for one night and found Jane and Richard's place to be very peaceful. 1. Location -super close to Dillon Beach, Pt. Reyes is not too far either. It's a short walk to the general store and a take-out restaurant, churches and cemeteries. 2. Room- bed is comfortable, there are card/board games and books in the room, several paintings hanging on the wall (one or two by Jane), snacks. 3. Property - overlooks rolling hills. We brought two dogs and they enjoyed walking around the property while we ate our dinner on the porch overlooking said hills. 4. Hosts- Jane and Richard are welcoming, easy to talk with, excellent hosts. We appreciate them opening their home to two-legged and four-legged travelers.

I made this AirBnB reservation for my ex-girlfriend. She said that she needed a place to stay while she worked some things out, so I paid for her to stay in Vacaville for a week. Unfortunately, at the end of the week, she refused to leave, saying that she didn't have anywhere to go. I only agreed to get her a place to stay for a week, and I didn't know what to do. The AirBnB hosts for this location have been very kind and very patient. My compliments to them. I am still trying to work out what to do.

The place was exactly like the pictures. Very spacious and a lot of restaurants in the area. I can’t wait to book this palace again.

Wow, what an incredible stay for two nights! My family and I stayed at this Airbnb for my large family visiting California from Australia, and it exceeded all our expectations. The location was safe & easy access to the BART station. The house itself was clean with plenty of room for all of us to spread out and relax. The host was amazing, providing us with everything we needed and very responsive. We couldn't have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again!

Great place. Well stocked kitchen and accommodations. Quiet neighborhood. Close to town. Super comfortable! Great for family get togethers or multiple families. I would stay here again if we came.

We enjoyed our stay at Marc’s place. Check in was smooth and the house was very welcoming. It was comfortable for our pups as well traveling with us. Only thing, which is unavoidable in the area, is there was nowhere outdoors to take the dogs potty that wasn’t covered in foxtails. But the entire area was basically like that. Overall we really enjoyed the stay and Marc is a great host.

Wonderful, romantic, and peaceful stay during a winter rainstorm. We didn’t get to use the patio but the views were stunning from the kitchen and living room. Staying cozy by the fire and the comfy bed made this house the perfect birthday getaway, and a short walk to Harbor House.
