Norma’s Pond ATV authorized route

Kick back, relax & ride at Norma’s Pond. Centrally-located between Brimstone, TWRA & Royal Blue, Norma’s Pond is located on an ATV authorized route so there’s no need to trailer your ATV. The closest TWRA trail is 3/4 mile from the driveway. The Eternal Flame trail head is 3.5 miles. Brimstone is a 3 mile ride via ATV authorized route to trail 25. Windrock Carryville flats are 16 miles via TWRA trails. El Rey Azteca Mexican restaurant in Pioneer is 15 miles via trails & ATV authorized route.

Cheerful, Private Cottage on Oak Forest Farm

Plenty of space and privacy in this cottage over looking the fields and pond. Sit back and relax watching the horses and goats graze. Located minutes away from Oak Ridge/Clinton/Knoxville. Melton Hill lake has outdoor activities, restaurant & nice walking trail and is 10 minutes away. University of TN is 23 minutes away and Oak Ridge is 13 minutes. The 16’ ceilings make this 480 sq. ft. space feel enormous. The Kitchen has a full size refrigerator, keurig, microwave & single burner hot plate.

Trail 22 Lodge- Direct Trail Access

Unwind at this cozy off-road getaway. Direct access from yard to G23 connects to Trail 22 no trailering needed! ~10 min to Windrock General Store. Enjoy the outdoors with a fire pit, flat top grill, picnic table, gravel parking. This small Amish built park model cabin offers 2 BR with full beds/ 1 bath + a sleeping loft accessible from a ladder (2 camping mats) and a futon for up to 6 along with full kitchen amenities. Access to miles of trails Just up the street no trailering! Awesome views and great place to unwind after a great day of riding. Plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. Can ride to a gas station and trails to restaurants. There is access to north Cumberland trails about 2 miles from the property. You can access brimstone takes about 15 to 20 mins. You can be at RRB in about 40 mins. Windrock is about 45 mins by road or dirt road and 3 ish hours by trail. You can also access tackett creek.

Ranger's Retreat cabin at Big South Fork

The Ranger's Retreat (RR) cabin by Big South Fork will give you all the privacy you want and still convenient to town for the essentials. All of this plus with one of the Southeasts' premier National Park area's in your backyard. The RR cabin is a genuine log cabin made of real white pine logs. It features 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, kitchen, living room and a loft. The RR cabin is great for couples, but the loft with 2 twin beds provides room for a total of 4. Dog friendly (sorry no cats).

Cozy Cabin

Cozy two bedroom cabin with unobstructed views of the mountains. On the back deck there is a hot tub and a gas grill. Near Big South Fork and Historic Rugby. 3 mile hike from the cabin to the river round-trip. Or drive to the trailhead and hike half a mile to the river. Come here to unwind and de-stress. Totally peaceful :-) My favorite time of year is winter at the cabin. Nothing like sitting in the hot tub and looking out over the frosty trees and mountains!

Rider's Ridge: Cozy SXS Retreat

Another SXS riders stay! Come, stay and enjoy the amenities designed around SXS riders! You plus 7 guests will enjoy this spacious place with a large back deck, with a view, to hang out. The Ridge offers direct access to Brimstone Recreation, Royal Blue, and Windrock trails. Enjoy the 67 acres that boasts a pond for fishing in your down time. Even if you are not here to hit the trails, we are sure that you and your group will find plenty to do locally.

Beds have linens pillows, bath has towels soap shampoo conditioner. Grill. Lp fire pit on porch.
