This nicely decorated appartment is situated in the souterain of my house. The location is perfect, only a 2 minute walk from the boulevard dunes sea and beachclubs. Everything you need you will find in the appartment. It also has a nice terrace for having a drink in the sun especially at the end of the day. Because it is situated under my house it might be possible that sometimes you hear some noises from me, your neighbour from upstairs;) You are very welcome !!

Our apartment is located on the top floor in one of Alkmaar's most famous buildings. It is the ideal base for exploring the city and the region. Step outside into the picturesque streets and canals and take a walk in the city park around the corner. Discover the historical monuments or visit the cheese market, explore the many boutiques or cafes and restaurants nearby. On the ground floor is the hippest restaurant in Alkmaar with a sunny terrace on the water.

De hond mag niet op de bank of het bed. The appartement (65 m3) is located in our souterrain, directie on a nice small garden/terrace. Ideal for family weekends and holidays. From the apartment you walk in a few minutes to the beach (max 450 m).

Gelegen aan het centrale dorpsplein van het prachtige dorpje Ilpendam, staat ons grote huis met een modern en luxe ingerichte studio op de begane grond. Ilpendam is een pittoresk dorpje vlakbij Amsterdam, in 10 minuten ben je met de bus op Amsterdam Centraal Station. Je hebt uitzicht op de tuin en het aangrenzende park met vlindertuin en speeltuintje. Parkeren kan gratis voor de deur.

Het strand, duinen en de boulevard liggen op 2 km afstand. Je kunt genieten van onze locatie vanwege de ligging, sfeer en de rust ideaal voor weekenden en lange vakanties.

De studio bevindt zich in het rustige Zandvoort zuid op 5 minuten lopen van het strand en duinen. Onze gasten waarderen de perfecte ligging enorm. De studio is in 2023 geheel gerenoveerd en heeft een andere indeling gekregen. De comfortabele badkamer scheidt het woongedeelte van het slaapgedeelte wat meer privacy biedt. Direct aan het water gelegen is dit rustpunt een ervaring in de randstad. Het huisje is duurzaam verwarmd met warmtewinning door een warmtepomp. Heel landelijk gelegen maar wel overal dichtbij, zo goed als In de Kagerplassen. Je kunt je sloep bij ons aanleggen. Het strand ligt op loopafstand en het gezellige centrum van Noordwijk en de boulevard bevinden zich op korte fietsafstand. De Keukenhof in Lisse is slechts 10 minuten rijden en de plaatsen Amsterdam, Haarlem en Leiden zijn binnen een half uur te bereiken.
