It is a typical Positano house on two levels, finely renovated in 2019. It offers large and very bright spaces, both internal and external, and reserves an unrepeatable view from every corner. The first level (130m2), finished down to the smallest detail, consists of 2 bedrooms (one with en-suite bathroom) - both with magnificent panoramic views -, a large living room, a second bathroom and a kitchen equipped to feel perfectly at home. All rooms have air conditioning and free high-speed wifi service. The level opens on three sides onto a pleasant, very bright terrace. Villa Mareblu is located in Arienzo,a quiet area of Positano,500mt from the center of the town .The villa has a lovely terrace with a breathtakingly exquisite sea view and private staircase to Arienzo beach. Due to safety issues linked to weather conditions, the private staircase is open from May until 15th of October. There is the local and Sita bus stops on the main road and private parking for cars of a small/medium size (price 50€ per day to pay on the site).
