Charmerende og nyrenoveret gæstehus, ideelt beliggende i rolige omgivelser i hjertet af Hillerød. Huset ligger på en stille grund med kort gåafstand til den historiske slotspark, gågaden og stationen med kun 35 min til København. Udover nyt køkken og bad byder huset på et rummeligt soveværelse og en hyggelige stue. Du har adgang til vaskemaskine efter aftale. Huset er ideelt til to voksne, men to børn eller voksne kan komfortabelt sove på sovesofaen i stuen. Foran huset er en hyggelig terasse.

Gæsteboligen på 90 kvm, er en seperat del af vores hus. Vi bor selv i resten af huset. Altså AirBnB med god samvittighed. Gæsteboligen består af 2 soveværelser med dobbeltsenge og stort opholdsrum, badeværelse og mindre køkken. Er velegnet til familie med børn, 2 vennepar på tur eller forretningsrejsende, alle som gerne vil opleve Nordsjællands natur, slotte, og museer, fx Louisiana og Simons Golf. Anneks tæt på strand, skov og Louisiana

Stilfuldt anneks i hjertet af Humlebæk. 30 min nord for København. 5 min på gåben fra Humlebæk station. Louisiana ligger kun en kort gåtur væk. Tæt på Sletten havn et fiskerleje, med idyllisk atmosfære, ishus og restaurant. Bjerre strand ligger i gå afstand og er perfekt til badeferie. Kronborg slot, Værftets madmarked og Søfartfarts Museet ligger 15 min kørsel væk. Humlebæk Bio ligger 500 m væk og er altid aktuel med de nyeste film. Ideelt til en kort miniferie eller romantisk getaway.

Bright and peaceful annex with private entrance, bathroom, and toilet – perfect for one or two guests seeking calm close to the sea and nature. No kitchen, but coffee and tea are available. A small bathing jetty is just a few houses away, and several beaches are within walking distance. Only 100 meters to the charming Sletten Harbour with an ice cream shop and Restaurant Sletten. Louisiana Museum is a 15-minute walk away. Cafés, grocery stores – just 35 minutes by train to Copenhagen.

Welcome to our holiday haven where you can relax and enjoy the ocean views while you make yourself at home with all of the modern amenities that you need. The master bedroom opens up to a terrasse overlooking the sea. In addition, there are two kids rooms and an extra bedroom with a double bed. There are three bathrooms, all including a shower. There is a spacious private beach with a private bathing jetty and furniture for dining, lounging and enjoying your day at the waters edge.

I wellcome you to my newely renovated appartment in sandinavian design. It is calm and quiet. When you sit on the balcony, there’s a lovely view to our private park. The home is situated 700 meters from Øresund when you want your morning swimm. The station is 3 min. walk away and the train takes you dirctly to Copenhagen within 40 min. A unique thatched house right at the waterfront. The view from the Balcony is nothing more than fabulous. The house has direct acces to the beach and the jetty. The house is refurnished, and everything is welcoming and delicious. What you hear when you open the Balcony-doors, is the sound of the waves and the wind in the trees.
