A true gem! Fantastic location with ocean view, parking, everything you need for a small family or two couples!! Great raised patio deck too!!

The cottage apartment exceeded our expectations. The host's personal touch is impossible to describe. This place is cozy, exceptionally clean, and truly magical. The only issue that came up for us was that the main cottage was occupied during our stay by extremely noisy and inconsiderate guests. The walls are thin, so their noise kept us awake late at night and again early in the morning. Due to this, I'd say the value for this lodging on the nights when there are guests in the main house is just not compatible to its high price. That said, the host was beyond responsive and did take care of the issue as soon as we reported it, telling the noisy guests to quiet down, which helped. This earns this place 5 stars in my book. But since the noise did resume at sunrise, I do feel we greatly overpaid and didn't enjoy the place, unfortunately, as much as we should have. Putting this aside, it's a wonderful place, and you will love how beautiful and welcoming it is.

Such a nice place to stay at! Quiet and calm neighborhood not far from the beach. It being pet friendly was a big one for us. Would definitely recommend this place and come back again!

We stayed at the Wyatt Earp after a problem was discovered at the nearby Butch Cassidy and we were asked to change our reservation. The change was no problem, and the Wyatt Earp was comfy (great beds), clean (spin-and-span and clutter-free) and close to everything we wanted to do in Los Alamos (dinner at Bell's!) and the surrounding area (wineries). We only stayed one night so can't really comment on the kitchen use, but the layout is very convenient. There is only bar seating, so don't plan on a big sit-down meal. There was a little bit of street noise in the bedrooms, but the convenience/walkability of the location can't be beat!

We had a wonderful stay! My 15 year old daughter and I stayed here for a beach vacation. The hosts were very responsive during our late night check in and when we had to resolve one issue. The beach and restaurants are so close and there is a surf shop within easy walking distance to rent wet suits and other fun beach things. I highly recommend this town and these accommodations. We will be back!

This place is amazing! You are literally steps from the beach in a perfect location to everything. We stayed with 4 kids and had plenty of space to hang out and enjoy a movie, along with great amenities and a beautiful view from the second floor. Would recommend to anyone!

We had a great stay at this apartment! While it's situated behind some businesses—making the location a bit unconventional—it offers a private and quiet retreat. Inside, the space is modern and beautifully designed. The kitchen and living room are particularly impressive, and all the rooms, including the bathroom, are comfortable and well-appointed. One minor suggestion: adding a shelf in the shower for toiletries would be helpful. The location is convenient for exploring downtown San Luis Obispo. We enjoyed dining at local favorites like Lure, which offers amazing seafood and sushi and has a great wine list, and High Street Market & Deli, known for its delicious sandwiches . For activities, we visited the Mission San Luis Obispo de Tolosa, explored the quirky Bubblegum Alley, and strolled through the vibrant Thursday Night Farmers' Market . Overall, this apartment provided a comfortable and stylish base for our visit. We'd definitely consider staying here again!

This is a truly beautiful property. Wonderful views of the ocean from this beautiful space and patio. The condo is decorated beautifully and the space was so comfortable. The two master bathrooms with tubs were wonderful. The team handled a maintenance issue quickly and with kindness. Cayucos is a charming beach town and a great place for us to stay while visiting our son at Cal Poly. Highly recommend this space!

Spacious is definitely a good description. I visited with my mother for three nights, and Diane’s place provided everything we could need. My mother was impressed at how well organized the amenities were, and how comfortable the bed was. The sofa bed was too firm for my taste, but everything else was great. Light switches were helpfully labeled (I can’t say the same for some other Airbnb places I’ve stayed at, where the switches were mystifying). We felt very welcomed and right at home, and I would certainly stay here again!

Great place, great view,and great host. we loved every minute of our stay. The view of the bay and seals talking all night was amazing. Host were great, answered all questions promptly. home was roomie and spotless. only thing I was not prepared for is one room is down the hall no door and the other you need to walk through the other room to get to bathroom or living room. it was our anniversary and my brother was staying with us and we were hoping for some private time. It was fine though we had a good time. Thank you Matt and Toni we will be back one day I hope.

Caren’s space is beautiful and is in a great location. Communication was easy, friendly, and very helpful. I would highly recommend staying at Caren’s when visiting Arroyo Grande!

This was our second time staying at this location, and it was just as wonderful as our first stay! Steps from the beach and walking distance to everything else. Has its own dedicated parking space which is a huge plus, especially when Pismo is busy. Would recommend this spot to any couples looking for a replacing beach weekend.

This stay was a perfect location between Pismo beach, shopping and near by eating choices. The place is very cute and quaint. The kitchen was perfect with amenities and unexpected treats. The living room was comfy with books and magazines and the room was perfect. The bed was cozy and the mattress was comfortable. There was a lot of thought and personal touch put into the home. I also appreciated the communications from Linda. Thank you for a great stay and we will be back!

Absolutely beautiful! Felt right at home, everything was stocked and cozy, and you simply cannot beat the view and location. Can’t recommend staying here enough!!

Excellent apartment style place. Separated from the main house nicely and afforded plenty of quiet and privacy. Well equipped and great location for San Luis Obispo or Paso Robles.

This place is a gem! So close to the beach, small but just enough at a terrific rate! We will definitely be back.
