The Sparrow is a large home with unique features you will certainly enjoy! It has 3 spacious bedrooms (king, queen, and 2 twins) fit for up to 6 guests comfortably. There are 2 unique sun rooms to spend your quiet time and a large living room with TV and classic furnishings. The dining room is large enough for the entire family and kitchen has everything you need for preparing your own meals! Located in walking distance to the square, there is plenty of restaurants and boutique stores nearby!

The 2nd Cozy Half

Our one bedroom half duplex has all the comforts of home. Full kitchen with a microwave, Keurig (assortment of K cups provided), utensils, pots, pans & dinnerware. The living room has a queen size sofa sleeper with a memory foam mattress with a TV. Bathroom has been updated with a walk in shower (towels are provided). The spacious bedroom has a closet for your things & queen size bed with a memory foam mattress. On & off street parking & free Wi-Fi. Hygiene products are not provided.

Experience the peaceful setting of this unique little cottage in a restored barn that once housed cows and horses. Star-gaze from your private backyard. Come and Shop the Farm Store for all your food items. Sample freshly bottled, delicious, and creamy milk that was produced 50 feet away. Buy cheeses, eggs, meats, and more. After Store Hours? Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. This newly renovated house on a quiet street with a large patio and enclosed back yard is perfect for large groups for mini reunions, wedding parties, etc. We're close to the State Fair Grounds and not far from restaurants and shopping areas. There are walking paths close by and a cute park for the kiddos just a block away. The basement has a large open area for playing and extra sleeping space.

West Side Loft

Known as West Side Loft, come enjoy this newly remodeled loft in our downtown business district. The loft is above a small Christian business. You will have your own private ally entrance and personal parking in the back of the business building. Enjoy the benefits of all that our town has to offer with most of our eating establishments that are within walking distance. We also have our local library and park right across the street for kids to enjoy.

Recently renovated, this home is completely furnished to your greatest comfort and needs! It is complete with new furniture, large new king size beds, new bedding as well as 2 new smart TVs. Located on a quiet, no outlet, street. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place including the Kansas State fair grounds which are only 1/2 block away. Large open beautiful home in this unique small town. 15 minutes from Sterling College. 45 minutes from Kansas State Fair Grounds. Great getaway for the weekend, perfect for reunions, graduation, the State Fair, or coming in for the hunt. The home has 4 beds on the first floor. We unlock the upstairs for additional beds if there are more than 4 people booked for the house. The upstairs is a bunkroom.

We have an airbed available if needed.
