This is a 1080 sq ft, 2 bedroom / 2 bath pet friendly (see details below for pets) house with a gas grill, fully equipped kitchen, fully stocked beverage station that host a coffee pot and Keurig, snacks, laundry with detergent, and a fire pit. Smart TV, WiFi, books, and board games. Fur babies are welcome, though please read through all the rules regarding pets. Please note there is a pet fee. A scenic 15min drive from downtown Chattanooga, the apartment is above a detached garage with private entrance and 2 bedrooms/1 bath. Capacity is 3 adults or family of 4. We're taking a break from hosting guests with toddlers.

This light-filled on-campus detached cottage is conveniently located between Morgan's Steep and Abbo's Alley on Laurel Drive, an easy walk from central campus and the Perimeter Trail. One bedroom with queen bed, full bathroom, living area, dining space and furnished patio for outdoor dining. Free wifi, no television.
