This was the perfect house for our girls weekend getaway! We had 10 guests and it comfortably slept everyone. The living room was spacious and allowed seating for all 10 of us. The decor was so cute and the house felt very clean. The beds were also comfortable! Perfect location in proximity to downtown Newport, at a more affordable price. 5-10 minute drive to almost anything we did! Highly recommend Angela’s place when visiting Newport!

Lovely home! Very comfortable and great location/ amenities! Stairs are quite steep so beware if you’re traveling with elderly or disabled people. Other than that not a complaint to be had. We love Rhode Island!!

My husband and I stayed in Scott’s place for a couple of days for a wedding with our dogs. We loved being walking distance to all the restaurants. The train is noticeable and did run quite often during the day but it really didn’t bother us. The private fenced yard was nice for the dogs as well.

We had so much fun staying at Louise’s place. We had plenty of room to hang out together inside and outside, and we really annoyed being so close to the beach. I would absolutely recommend!

We had a great time staying at Jennifer's property for a girls getaway weekend. She was communicative before and during our trip -- very helpful and prompt when we had some trouble sorting out the heat and dishwasher, was kind enough to drop off a beautiful charcuterie board, and shared lots of local recommendations and tips. She messaged us when the Northern Lights were visible later at night, and when we mentioned we had plans for our last day in town, she proactively offered us a later checkout which was greatly appreciated so we didn't have to rush out. The property is also in a great spot - we felt safe, good amount of street parking available (though the property does come with 1 driveway spot), and is within walking distance to Broadway and a quick car ride to the mansions and main downtown area. Quiet at night but close to a lively area in the daytime. Overall we had a great time, and we are so grateful!

Jay has a very unique and cool spot. Highly recommend to anyone who'd like to explore Newport. Barley had to use a car while visiting because of the great location. Had a very good time.

I can see why Marianne is a super host! Her place is exactly how she describes but cozier. She had everything we needed to feel right at home and even stocked the kitchen with some thoughtful items like milk, oj and cereal. The apartment was much more spacious than we expected and even had an extra half bath which was very convenient. There were plenty of comfortable places to sit and lots of space to unpack. We love the location because it was as easy to get to Newport as it was to Portsmouth. There's a well renowned French bakery about a quarter of a mile away and the local’s favorite coffee shop is less than half a mile away. The apartment felt very private but Marianne was always available if we had a question. Best of both worlds!

Our group loved staying at this property. Very clean, comfortable and welcoming. The location is awesome with shops and restaurants just steps away. Alexander’s art showcased in this home is beautiful. I highly recommend visiting Blink Gallery on the first floor! We hope to be back!

Nice place to stay. Easy to find and was quiet and had all the essentials.

Brennans place was excellent, truly I don’t think you can find a better location in the city. Super walkable, spectacular view from the roof and if you have a dog plenty of parks and green space around. Marco’s sandwich shop is right beside Brennans place and is a reallly good option for breakfast or lunch. Brennan was super friendly and a great host.

Perfect space for a family of 4 and friend attending the Newport marathon. Small kitchenette great for light meals plus 2 bathrooms were clean and met our needs. Great location for exploring the city and surrounding areas.

This is our second time staying in one of Jeff’s apartments in Newport. The larger apartment is great, clean, bright! So many great local Newport information in the binder provided. The house is very low maintenance- having coffee/creamers etc is always so helpful in a stay! Same with some bath items ready to go. Everything in the home is easy/accessible- tons of plugs for charging, each room equipped with a small sound machine, smart tvs, kitchen items, cozy blankets in the living room, etc. The location of the home cannot be beat. You are walking distance to everything!!! And, of course, PARKING!! Thank you again for a wonderful stay.

Shannon’s place was perfect for a weekend trip to Newport. The place was spacious for 3 people, very clean, and had plenty of clean towels and linens. The roof deck was very nice with beautiful views. We loved that the location was a short walk to anywhere we’d want to go in town. The only downside was the noise from the bar next door, but Shannon tried to accommodate for this by providing noise machines.

I've been to Newport many times on day trips, but never for an overnight. My partner had never been to Rhode Island, so I thought it would be fun to stay in downtown Newport and explore while also visiting with family in Providence. Pelham Court could not be more convenient. Perfectly located across from the waterfront, the property is safe, secure and convenient. A big plus is off-street parking. Our one-bedroom unit was awesome. Spacious, well-appointed and very comfortable. Although we were in the middle of everything, we had peace and quiet. The Pelham Court team were awesome: responsive, friendly, helpful and ready to offer local insights, including when we just wanted to stay in and order pizza. I would highly recommend this as your Newport getaway that's close to everything. Great accommodations, great location, and great professional support.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place had a lot of character and charm, not to mention very clean. Trip and Christina were thoughtful hosts who went above and beyond with special touches like extra toiletries. The location was perfect—close to downtown and within walking distance of some great breakfast spots, which was ideal for morning walks with our dog. We'd definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay at Charles’ place. The kitchen was well equipped, beds cozy and the hot tub so much fun. Charles’ place provided the perfect home away from home for my family. I loved being back in Bristol!! The house is centrally located to town which I also loved.

This location was great! The wedding we attended was right down by the wharf, so it made our planning much easier by not relying on Ubers or Lyfts!

Really enjoyed my stay at Kelly’s place. Great location and close to everything in Newport. Highly recommend!
