This was an AMAZING stay! Our 5 kids had an absolute blast in the pool, and, loved the rooms (and own TV! HA!) The life jackets and pool towels were really helpful, especially for pool and beach days. We loved the large couch and watched a ton of family movies. The kids also really enjoyed all the games provided, especially the large Jenga game :) The location of this home was PERFECT... Easy to get to Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, Huntington Beach, Irvine. Everything felt like it was within a 20 minutes drive. There's also a local grocery store that we frequented often! Our only wish is that there had been a BBQ, but, otherwise, literally had anything and everything we could have hoped for or needed!

This was a perfect home base for visiting family in Long Beach. The house was clean, spacious, and comfortable, which made it easy for multiple adults to work without disturbing each other. The kitchen was well equipped and provided lots of space for us to cook and eat family meals together. We also loved that the house was within walking distance of a few grocery stores. The hosts were responsive, friendly, and welcoming and we appreciated all their work to make sure we had a great stay! We would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

It's just like the pictures, very charming house literally ON the beach. Across the street from bunch of breweries as well. 100% would stay here again!

Recently my family and I spent the weekend at the House on the Hill, and it was a delightful experience. The home is charmingly decorated, clean, and feels like a home away from home. The location is fantastic—just a short walk from the scenic waterfront and some great local restaurants, yet tucked away in a quiet part of Avalon that offered plenty of peace. The golf cart provided with the home also was very handy in getting around the town. I would highly recommend House on the Hill to anyone looking for a memorable getaway on Catalina Island.

What a hidden gem. Thankful we found Joseph’s place. We had to evacuate our home due to a leak and this home was everything we needed to feel at home during our stressful time. Even had a desk which allowed me to work remote. The host was responsive and helpful.

This was our 1st Air BNB. Sara's place was beyond my expectations. It had everything you could think of and we felt right at home. The garage parking was a nice bonus. Great Communication! The welcome book was perfect with everything you needed to know. The location was perfect and close to everything. The pool was great! We will definitely stay there again when we come back. Sara definitely thought of everything. The back porch was a Great private space, but we didnt have time to enjoy it. If you need a place to stay with a smaller family this is it. We just cant say enough about Sara. she has really set the bar high if we stay at another BNB. I guess thats why she is a Superhost! Thank you for our 1st great stay in California!

The apartment matched pictures in listing and was clean. Check-in and check-out was simple. Host was responsive and gave clear instructions. I would definitely book again.

The location was located within walking distance from multiple different locations and the beach. Bikes were provided so a car wasn't even needed. The house it self was very cozy and comfortable. The guest book also had great recommended locations for different vibes and experiences.

Susan’s place was so nice and perfect for our stay in Long Beach. The beds were the comfiest and allowed for restful sleep. The place was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. We would definitely stay again!

We really enjoyed our stay in Newport Beach! The location was the highlight—just steps from the beach and close to everything we needed, from coffee spots to great restaurants. The house was simple and not overly stocked, but it worked well for our needs. If you’re looking for a place with unbeatable access to the beach and boardwalk, this is a great option!

Naomi’s home was so welcoming. The moment we walked through the door we felt so relaxed and comfortable. The pool was great and the overall atmosphere in the home was great. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bedrooms were all clean and the beds were so comfortable. The bathrooms were clean and stocked with extra toiletries. Over all our stay was amazing and we have definitely recommended her home to a few people. We were there the 16th-20th and our kids would love to go back again soon.

Fantastic property with lots of privacy and beautiful gardens and pool area. We enjoyed the space and location to the parks and activities was central. We plan to rent this property again in the future.

This is the second time that we stayed at Wendy's beautiful Air BnB. It is well equipped, has a great location, lots of space and all in all a perfect fit for our family. I would stay there again.

Everything was exactly as described! The host was extremely helpful: fast communication, responsive to our needs/ questions, and had everything necessary to make for a great getaway. Kitchen was clean and had all the essentials to cook a meal here and there. We purchased coffee and made our own in the condo. We also walked a time or two to get food and ice cream. The golf cart was a bonus to get around. The games were fun to play too. Thank you so much!
