Its sunny interior, rich textures, and natural materials, are an ode to the Golden State and it’s local Chumash tribe. High ceilings, sliding glass doors, stocked kitchenette, walk-in closet, 55” TV and private patio make this place feel like home. You’ll love it because of the quiet neighborhood, a private suite and space all to yourself. Our place is good for couples, solo adventurers, & business travelers. *Heater and A/C inside unit.

Our guest suite is on the ground floor of an upgraded, renovated, and well maintained 2 story home originally built in 1968. Amenities include: keyless private entrance , 10'x11' bedroom with queen size bed, private bathroom, private living room with large sectional sofa, YouTubeTV, Wi-Fi, shared laundry facilities (7 day stay and up), shared kitchen, Central Heating and Air Conditioning (Host control: 69-72 F), street parking, and a work desk.
