This apartment is a great place to stay for those looking for an affordable place outside of Rome and right next to the beach. The train station is easily accessible and convenient. The apartment was in excellent condition when we checked in and enjoyed our whole stay. I would recommend Pierpaolo’s place to other fellow travelers.

J'ai passé un séjour très agréable ! L'appartement était impeccable, confortable, propre et exactement comme décrit. L'emplacement était parfait car à la fois dans la nature et en voiture pas très loin du centre ville de Rome. L'hôte était incroyablement sympathique et réactif, s'assurant que j’avais tout ce dont j’ai besoin. Je reviendrai avec plaisir!

Das Appartment entsprach genau den Fotos und war sehr einladend. Die Tochter der Gastgeberin war besorgt und sehr freundlich. Die zentrale Lage ist perfekt, um die Stadt zu Fuss zu erkunden – alles ist in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Wohnung ist gut ausgestattet und verfügt über alle notwendigen Utensilien, die man für einen komfortablen Aufenthalt benötigt. Die Fenster sind gut isoliert, was für eine ruhige Atmosphäre sorgt, abgesehen von den Geräuschen, die vom angrenzenden Pub für junge Menschen kommen. Im Sommer kann es dort recht laut werden, was für empfindliche Ohren etwas störend sein könnte. ich kann das Appartment für alle empfehlen, die eine zentrale Lage und eine freundliche Gastgeberin suchen!

We had a very nice stay in this beautiful apartment, the check-in was done with our host Nikolic, very friendly and generous. He invited us for a welcome drink and filled the fridge with above the standard essentials. The apartment is as described, huge with lots of light and a terrace all around, it is situated very near the train station. Many thanks Nikolic for your kindness and welcoming!

Daniele is so kind and protective, the apartment was so clean and organized, I recommend 100%.

Kjeld's house was amazing. The terrace and the view are beautiful and if you want to see Cori and the surrounding area, it is well located. Kjeld responds quickly and is available for any problems that arise. However, it is not clear from the a and it was not well communicated despite specifically asking that the accessibility of the this property is very difficult. It is 153 uneven steps down from the parking and about 300m. So large suitcases are not recommended. You can drive a small car within about 50m of the property for unloading but you need a skilled driver. No parking there. Also, within the property, there is a 12-15 step staircase to enter and 20 steps to get to the bedrooms as well as about 25 uneven and narrow steps to the terrace. All well worth it but not the right place for you if you have anyone in your party with any mobility issues. Otherwise the house was clean, comfortable, and fully equipped. We would love to stay again.

Immersa nella tranquillità della campagna appena fuori Roma, la villa offre un rifugio sereno con viste mozzafiato sulla natura circostante e sui laghi. L’atmosfera è incredibilmente rilassante, il luogo ideale per staccare la spina dopo una giornata alla scoperta dei borghi e dei siti storici della zona. La villa è impeccabile, spaziosa e arredata con gusto, dotata di ogni comfort per un soggiorno davvero piacevole. Anche gli spazi esterni sono meravigliosi, perfetti per gustare un caffè al mattino o un bicchiere di vino la sera, immersi nella quiete. I padroni di casa sono stati accoglienti e attenti, facendo in modo che tutto fosse perfetto per la mia visita. Se cerchi un rifugio di pace vicino a Roma, con facile accesso alle bellezze dei Castelli Romani, questo è il posto ideale. Non vedo l’ora di tornare!

We really enjoyed our stay in this property. Marina was so helpful and whenever there was an issue, it would be sorted out quickly. There was an issue with the air conditioning the first night but it was resolved quickly the next day. Would definitely come back here again.

Both the agency and most of all the house owner were very nuce and helpful! The owner came to pick me up at the train station and was always prompt and available for any issues or questions. Highly recommended!!!

My family and I loved nearly everything about this villa. The entire property was beautiful and very well kept. Anna was very communicative throughout our stay which was very much appreciated. It would have been helpful to have a clearer picture of the transportation situation, with having to schedule rides due to things like the grocery store being out of walking distance. We also would’ve loved to have more detailed information about the town so we could schedule time to explore. Overall we very much enjoyed the amenities and we would certainly stay again!

We spent nine days in Lido di Ostia and with Valentino's apartment, we had a great location in town. The apartment is modern and furnished to a high standard, and the house is a beautiful building. Valentino personally welcomed us very warmly and explained everything to us. We arrived late in the evening due to delays, but it wasn't a problem, and we felt very welcome. There were three of us traveling, and the apartment was perfect for that. Based on the description, we initially thought there was a second bedroom, but when we arrived and saw the layouts, everything was fine, even without an additional room. We'd love to come back!

Alfio sempre molto educato e disponibile, alloggio tranquillo, pulito e dotato di molti comfort. Mi sono sentita a casa .

L'appartement est bien situé à la limite d'Anzio et de Nettuno donc facile de se rendre à ces deux destinations à pied. De la maison, bel accès à la mer tout près. On peut même y entendre le bruit des vagues. Appartement superbe avec magnifique terrasse et de belles vues sur la mer; l'ameublement extérieur est très confortable. La petite rue est tranquille ainsi que le quartier. L'appartement est très confortable, bien rénové et chaleureux. Nous y avons passé un excellent séjour d'une vingtaine de jours. Nous y reviendrons c'est sûr.

Die Unterkunft von Joseph ist wunderschön. Toll ausgestattet, sauber und direkt am Meer. Joseph war immer schnell erreichbar und sehr nett. Der Check-In wurde bei uns von seinem Vater durchgeführt was total unkompliziert und sehr herzlich war. Wir können die Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen und würden wieder kommen.

Myroslava est disponible à tout moment et nous à fourni une aide précieuse quand nous nous sommes retrouvés à aller à Rome un jour de grève des transports ! Grâce à cela nous avons pu honorer nos visites déjà réservées au Colisée et Mont Palatin. Logement moderne et impeccable. Merci encore !
