Brent & Jean's Grain Bin Inn (Barn)

This one bedroom Grain Bin converted to a tiny home in the heart of the Midwest, has all of the comforts of home! You have the entire bin to yourself, complete with a kitchenette, full bathroom. You will have to be able to climb stairs to get to the main bed, but there is a futon on the main level. The exterior faces the corral where our cattle and horse may sometimes be, and free range chickens that may roam toward you, especially if they think you have food. We may eventually add more animals!

This is the top floor apartment of a 4-bedroom older home. It has 2 bedrooms on top floor, one with a King size bed. The other bedroom has full size bed, complete with dresser. Small but manageable bathroom with stacked washer and dryer, nice little open kitchen that extends into dining area which is nice sized room with nice dining oak table 4 chairs. The King size bed is Super nice, has small bedside stand, with electric outlets for charging. Bathtub with shower, 155 channel free satellite TV.

Kitchen stocked and so are bathroom supplies incase you forget something. Ironing board and iron available. Outdoor seating available, picnic table and BBQ Grill. Close to school, tennis/pickleball courts and baseball field. Has good lighting for your arrival at night.. Parking in driveway.

This recently remodeled home was originally built in 1886. It has old world charm with all of the current amenities you expect. It is set in the quiet town of Liebenthal but only 15 minutes from the city of Hays. Very large one acre yard with a patio and firepit. There are 4 beds set in 2 bedrooms so you can sleep 5 people comfortably. The kitchen bar seats 6 and the living room seats 5. Pets are allowed for a fee and there is Wifi. Bedrooms are upstairs.
