Great property. So spacious with excellent attention to detail. Very comfortable.

As described, in a quiet neighborhood with little traffic. Kids loved the pool and we liked the outdoor space on the property.

Carolina’s home was just as described. Clean, roomy and smelled good as soon as you walk in. Close walk to the beach and restaurants. My son’s and I enjoyed our little getaway and Carolina’s home felt like home away from home. She was very responsive to all my questions. 10/10 stay 👌. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at Geoffrey’s place for my work trip. The house was clean and comfortable and the large, fenced in, front and back yards were great for our dogs. Geoffrey’s instructions were clear and easy to follow. Overall it was a great experience!

Great stay for a week with our pups. Very clean and quiet location, near everything but off the main drag. Updated interior with a large backyard. Kitchen had all the necessaries including Keurig. Heat & AC worked well, washer & dryer seemed brand new. Bathroom was clean & modern, with plenty of towels. Beds were comfortable. Richard was a great host, even got the backyard mowed at our request, super appreciated. Couple of notes for pet owners: there's no direct access from inside to the backyard & the gate is a bit large & heavy to open, but the kids loved running around in it! Highly recommend a stay!

Zac was great! Very responsive leading up to vacation and during our stay. Air bnb was as expected and the A/C unit worked phenomenally! The location is GREAT and the surrounding neighborhoods are easy to walk around as well as lots of shops and beach access was plentiful. It was a nice bonus to have the beach items stocked.

Nikki’s place was nothing less than AMAZING! We felt right at home our entire stay! She was very helpful and very very responsive at all hours of the day/night! Will definitely book here any time I’m in Jacksonville! Thanks again Nikki!

We stayed for a girl's weekend and it was fabulous! A beautiful, clean home in a cute and quiet neighborhood, just blocks from the beach. The kitchen and bathrooms had everything we needed, plenty of bath towels and even high quality Beach/pool towels! Nice stackable washer/dryer. Beds were very comfortable, including the bunks where two adults slept on the bottom ones 🙂 The pool was a little murky when we arrived but the pool guy was already attending to it and it cleared right up. It was definitely a favorite spot! Host was very responsive, friendly and gave reminders about (easy) trash/check out instructions. Oh and the couch was another favorite spot for everyone..SO cozy! Thanks again Parthesh, everyone is already thinking about the next stay!

Justin’s home exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was ideal, the pool and outdoor amenities were spotless, and the house itself was even more impressive than the photos. Justin was exceptionally friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We’ll absolutely be coming back!

My family and I truly enjoyed ourselves. Everything was as advertised and the grandkids loved the pool. The house was in a great location and close to stores, entertainment and food spots. We will definitely love to stay here again Don't hesitate, go ahead and book your next vacation why Peter!

Ryan was responsive and proactive. We had the privilege of meeting him in person when he took the time to bring a new chapter fee maker to us and check the pool. The house was perfect for my husband and me and we could bring our pup with us. We never made it to the beach but we did use the pool each day His recommendation for restaurant for anniversary dinner was wonderful. The house is super cute and comfy. I we could tell he takes pride in in it. We had everything we needed and felt very safe in the neighborhood. Thank you Ryan !

This home was the perfect home to celebrate my daughter 10th birthday. There was enough room for everyone to be comfortable. The home was beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed. We didn’t need to bother for any extras for anything. We only needed to get the groceries we needed and everything else the home had. The host was so responsive with everything even before we got there. She even accommodated a late check out and we are so grateful for that as we got much needed rest. The kids loved the pool even with them having to clean it out due to the leaves and bugs but they didn’t mind and it was due to the surrounding trees. Overall the house was amazing and we would def book again when in area.

Perfect stay for the weekend. Quiet and beautiful location, and the host was extremely responsive and proactive. We texted really late for a late checkout and he responded immediately. Let us checkout later and everything. I would definitely stay again!

We have stayed at countless Airbnbs that have been great houses, but we have never stayed at one that felt like home until our stay here. Janet and Jessica were incredibly helpful and responsive. Our stay was quite long and their attentiveness never wavered at any point during our stay - they are incredibly gracious hosts. Definitely check out the coffee shop down the street too, it’s perfect walking distance! My wife’s only issue is that she couldn’t stay there forever 😂

My guests and I had the most enjoyable time here at this place.. the host was very helpful with accommodating our early arrival at no additional cost and made sure to replace any appliances that may not be up to par with thier high standards. The home features two beautiful showers and a living room that melts the day away on the comfy couch. I enjoyed the hammock in the back yard the most watching the jets pass up above.. The beach and great BBQ places just a few blocks away.. we truly enjoyed our stay and will always look here again in the future.

Place was great! Beautiful location and nice quiet spot. Felt safe and close to everything. Only downside was that there was a lot of dog poop in the front yard when we arrived, which is not necessarily the host’s fault, but I did pick it all up so he didn’t think it was my dogs’. Location was great to access the zoo and the Jumbo Shrimp game. Would definitely come back!

Screened in patio was enjoyable. Quiet neighborhood. Spacious livingroom. Plenty of kitchen utensils and cookware. Car needed to get around the area.

Overall it was a great stay. It was convenient because the beach was literally across the street. We we didn’t burn any gas riding around looking for things to do. Me and my kids loved it. The pictures on the profile could be better because I actually thought the living room and kitchen was bigger but that didn’t matter honestly. Publix and everything else was down the street! This stay is literally 30 mins away from the zoo , this is a great location for a getaway! Thanks!

The location and comfort of Connie’s place could not have been better for our family with young children. The convenience of being directly across from Gonzales park & within hiking distance from Jax beach made the trip memorable & fun!
