The host is very responsive. The caretaker of the place is very attentive and responsive too! He did a wonderful job if we had any questions or requests. The rooms were clean and looks exactly like the pictures shown in the listing, though the kitchen can be updated but still functional. They did only provide 1 small bed sheet but we made do and we didn’t request for more so it was also our decision to do so. 2/4 rooms were not equipped which is not a deal breaker. We did clarify with the host prior to arriving at the place regarding about the water heater. There’s no gate between properties so dogs leave their poop on the property which the guests stepped on a few times because it is hard to see it during the night time while walking around the grassy area. Their caretaker was on top of it though! He did great! Overall, the scenic view of the beach and our experience was great!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property, it was the perfect holiday retreat for our family. The house was spotless,spacious,and filled with natural light,offering a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. The garden was ideal for kids to play,and we enjoyed many cozy evenings together. Everything we needed was provided and the hosts were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also fantastic,close to local attractions yet quiet enough for restful nights. We truly felt at home and can’t wait to return. Toller Aufenthalt, nettes Personal. Unsere Bungalows waren sehr sauber und neu. Jhun wohnt nebenan und ist über den kompletten Aufenthalt erreichbar und auf Wunsch serviert er Getränke und es gibt auch ein Küchenteam um Essen zu bestellen (Frühstück, Mittagessen, Abendessen). Alles zu einem fairen Preis und sehr lecker. Die Unterkunft ist mit dem Auto ca. 10 min von Moalboal entfernt. Die Unterkunft bietet diverse Ausflüge an & organisiert alles. Abends hat man einen wunderschönen Sonnenuntergang. Wir waren top zufrieden und würden die Unterkunft immer weiterempfehlen.

My stay at Valeria's went great. The access to the private beach and the swimming pool were amazing. The appartment was very clean and will all equipements mentionned. The breakfast was great with a choice. I had the philippino breakfast that came together with fruit bowl and juice. Much better than most hotel. The person that received us was welcoming and aswered to our need.

Gia's place was exactly as pictured. You pay for the location and breathtaking views from the balcony. Literally steps from the ocean where you will see everybody snorkeling and diving with turtles and sardines. The location is very close to a popular dance bar that is open until 3am with music playing until then. The offshore boats begin their tours at 7am with noise from the boats and people. I wouldn't recommend if you're a light sleeper. The room itself has a very rustic feel, is spacious and had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. Plenty of storage space and perfectly working AC. The water pressure in the shower was low, but functional. This rental space will grow on you. The people who operate the reception, kitchen and tours were so friendly and helpful. Toto is a local guide who frequents the property and if you choose to make Gia's your next accommodations while in Moalboal, his local suggestions and knowledge of the area is superb. I would 100% book again.

We stayed at this cute and cozy villa as a couple, though it’s definitely spacious enough for four. It was such a breath of fresh air—literally! The villa is close to the beach, which, while pretty ordinary, gives you the option to take a dip or just enjoy the sea breeze. The villa itself was really nice, clean, and well-maintained. The caretaker was super accommodating and made us feel right at home. The Wi-Fi wasn’t the best, but honestly, we didn’t come here for that. It was the perfect spot for a quiet, unplugged getaway outside the city. 10/10 would recommend if you're looking to relax and reset in a peaceful space.

I received so much more than expected. Everyone at Pine Acres went too above and beyond anything I could have possibly hoped for. Everything was above and beyond expectations. Bryan is Superman. Bryan's staff gives new meaning to excellence. if you want respect, give respect and you will get respect at Pine Acres. Pay attention, follow simple instructions, respect and appreciate. Do that and you will never find better bang for your $$$

Superbe location, les pieds dans l'eau, une équipe très sympathique en particulier Lisa qui est une belle personne humaine, disponible et très efficace. Thomas avec qui nous avons très bien discuté de tout malgré notre niveau très léger en anglais. Les activités ne manquent pas : plongée en compagnie des tortues et des sardines ! Possibilité de louer des scooters ou de prendre le "touc touc". Moalboal restera un des meilleurs souvenirs de vacances. Nous reviendrons !! Bravo et merci à vous !
