I loved the place and so did my family (boyfriend and 2 little children). I did tried to keep my son (5year old) from doing loud noises or stumping his autistic and has ADHD I thought I am glad this location was very patient with us thank you for everything would love to come back

My husband and I enjoyed staying here. The bed was so comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean. Each morning we enjoyed sitting on the back deck and listening to the lovely birds. We would stay here again, highly recommended it.

We booked this unit at the last minute and received a response in less than 15 minutes for same day check-in! We found it exactly as listed, extremely clean, and easy to access. The area is very quiet and family friendly, with shopping and restaurants options within 5 miles. Great access to the airport and about 30 minutes from the beach. Our expectations were exceeded when walking in and a little snack basket and thank you card greeted us. The response time from start to finish was prompt, helpful, and friendly. Five stars all around!

Our family had an absolutely wonderful time. The condo is beautifully decorated and offers stunning views of the ocean. Importantly, it is a very short, peaceful walk to the ocean. We just arrived home and cannot wait to return again!!

Place was great as described by the host . Host and his friend Rodney were very helpful throughout the stay. They understood our needs and took care of all the problems. If you want to stay near the downtown this is the great place .

Great condo all the amenities you could want - nice wide balcony with a beautiful view. We spent lots of time there from early morning to late at night - we did not cook at night but if you wanted the kitchen was equipped with everything you might need. Convenient to beach restaurants. Pool was nice. Other condo guests were friendly. Highly recommended

We had an amazing trip to Jax Beach, thanks to Tricia! She was very communicative and accommodating with any questions we had. The condo was so comfortable and nicely decorated. Extra pillows and blankets were provided as well as beach chairs, towels, and a fully stocked kitchen. The gym was nice and easily accessible, as well as the pool, outdoor shower, and bike rack. Waking up to the sunrise over the beach was magical! The location could not have been more perfect - a nice bike ride to the Atlantic Beach shops and restaurants or a short walk to Jax Beach area. But best of all, the beach was right outside our door! I looked at MANY listings before choosing this one and I am so happy with the decision we made. We will be back!

We've rented units in this building previously, but this was our favorite unit by far. This is a well-appointed condo with gorgeous views and owners who clearly strive to take care of their guests. The unit has comfy beds, pillows and linens, a well-stocked kitchen, plenty of bath and beach towels, and an array of bath toiletries. And, it's always great to rent a condo with a full-sized washer and dryer, kicking a/c and hot, well-pressurized showers. We liked the property so much that we extended our stay. Lastly, communications with Brooke couldn't have better. Very proactive and helpful. Terrific stay and we will definitely rent again. Thanks so much for a great trip.

Nice place in downtown Jax. First time being there but they made our stay easy with a seamless check in and check out. Very nice condo!

This home is very beautiful and our hosts were very communicative and accommodating, from the time of booking up to and all throughout our stay. Any questions we had, they got back to use right away. The size of the space and the layout was perfect for my family. We were in town for a wedding, and all of our first time in Jacksonville. The home is located in a nice quiet neighborhood, and was close to everything we needed. The wedding was downtown and was easy and quick to get to. I am definitely coming back to Jacksonville, and will be booking my stay here again. The backyard space is pretty cool but we unfortunately did not have time to take advantage of it, but we certainly will next time! The kitchen is a very nice size and has all you would need. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!!

Great place to stay while visiting family in the neighborhood! Close to Jacksonville Beach and lots of restaurants. The hosts were very accommodating: from treats for our 4-legged baby, a nice welcome, to prepping an extra bed so our teenage kids didn't have to share a a bed! It was a lovely stay.
