We travel extensively throughout the U.S. and internationally, and without a doubt, Brent has been the most outstanding host we've ever encountered. He went above and beyond in every way—kind, thoughtful, and incredibly attentive. From start to finish, our stay felt like a true retreat. The home itself is absolutely beautiful, full of charm and character, with plenty of space for everyone to relax comfortably. The beds were incredibly cozy, and every detail in the house felt welcoming and well thought out. The photos truly don’t do this place justice—it’s a hidden gem and a little piece of paradise. If you're considering a stay at Brent’s Airbnb, don’t hesitate. We can’t recommend it highly enough. It was an unforgettable experience, and we can’t wait to return.

We loved our stay at “Taylor’s House” as we called it. It easily accommodated our four couples with plenty of room to socialize in the living room. The location was good, and easy Lyft to anywhere we wanted to go. Highly recommend!

The place was better then we expected. If you are looking to stay somewhere with a large group with more then enough room, this is the place. Very simple, not overcrowded, comfortable, and clean. Jill and Mike were great hosts! They provided us some check in options as we arrived very early and it really made a huge difference for us and how we went about our first day in Nashville. If I am to plan a trip in the future, I would absolutely see if this home is available and stay there again. Thanks for the hospitality!

Had an excellent bachelor party trip to Nashville with renting side-by-side units! Overall would definitely recommend! The hosts were amazing to work with before and during the trip (there was no body in one of the bathrooms and they delivered a new bottle right away). Large number of beds and great quality. Only minor “issues” that we faced were (i) had multiple 10-15 minute Uber rides including to downtown and the baseball stadium area and a whiskey tour so location got 4 stars, and (ii) not a great internet connection so the TV kept delaying while trying to stream sports. Again, minor things for my group, we had a blast!

We spent the Christmas holiday in Nashville with family. The location was perfect and convenient for everything we wanted to do; explore downtown, restaurants and shopping! The home was spacious , clean and comfortable! Ethen was quick to respond to questions. We had a great stay and will recommend to friends and family!

Over all we had a great stay at Stuart’s place. We had plenty of space in the house to accommodate our party. Our favorite part was definitely the outdoors, the water front was perfect for my kids to go fishing in the morning and evenings. The little beach down the road was also great, too bad the weather was chilly and we didn’t get a chance to enjoy. The only issue we had was that the house was not ready at check in, we were told by the cleaning staff that the previous guest had left late there for we had to wait until she was done to get in the house, about 35 minutes late.

Great location to all the main attractions (Broadway, Gulch, etc). Clean and homey feel. Responsive hosts! Would definitely stay here again. I have zero complaints!

This home was absolutely amazing and beautiful!!!! We had such a great time! Sooo beautiful and not to far of an Uber ride to downtown. We wished we had more time there to enjoy the house more. The beds were soooo comfortable & the water pressure in the showers were great as well. Rose is sooo sweet and responsive when we messaged her. She made us feel so welcomed! We are already talking about going back to Nashville and when we do this is where we will want to stay!

Can’t say enough great things about this house! It was perfect for our family trip to celebrate our son’s 21st birthday. The game room downstairs was a huge hit! We Spent hours playing before heading to Broadway. Short 10 minute ride to Broadway and all the food delivery options had no problem finding the house. Planning to make this an annual trip and we would happily rent this house again!

Great townhome for my daughter's bachelorette weekend! The space was very clean and and the space was great for a large group -- lots of bathroom space. Location was great! Walking distance to lots of restaurants and short uber rides to Broadway and other areas of Nashville.

I would definitely stay at this place again. We had a group of 10, mostly women, staying for my daughters 21st birthday. I chose this place because it was near Percy Priest Lake, which is very beautiful, and I wanted something to do besides going on the Nashville strip. We visited the waterpark, which was great, and we were going to rent a pontoon, but it rained the next day. The bedrooms are very spacious, and has lots of closet space. There are a lot of nice touches in the rooms like lighted full length mirrors, and hampers. The enclosed screen porch was definitely a nice quiet place for my devotion time and coffee in the morning. This place was like home, because we had everything we needed. Heidi was very responsive, and a pleasure to communicate with. We will see you next time we visit Nashville!

We had a great stay! We had 2 families with young kids of all ages. They had a blast with all the toys and outdoor activities. Exactly as described, easy to find and get in and plenty of room for everyone. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

We stayed here for a women’s retreat that I hosted. There was plenty of comfortable sleeping room for all 15 of our guests. The house was more than equipped with everything we needed for seating, cooking all of our meals and plenty of towels and linens. The setting was so beautiful and scenery to die for whether it was a cozy, rainy day inside or a beautiful, sunny hike outdoors. Make sure you read the directional instructions thoroughly as the driveway is a bit confusing, especially in the dark or the rain!

I had an amazing stay! The place was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described. The host was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making the whole experience seamless. The location was perfect—close to everything I needed. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others!

The place is definitely worth it. I didn’t find it far from downtown, and the area is very quiet and private. I always felt comfortable and at home.

This place was absolutely superb. It fit our needs perfectly and we did not wanna leave. Lol. It’s pretty close for Uber rides or if you’re drinking and don’t wanna drive the Uber rides were pretty cheap specially with 12 girls. It’s a delight and the hosts are great. Derek and Lacey’s place was perfect for my friends’ bachelorette party. We had 9 people total and everyone slept comfortably and had enough space. We were able to walk to everything we wanted to do, and there were very cute restaurants, bars, and coffee shops around the Airbnb. Parking under the building was a breeze. The entire Airbnb was spotless. Would definitely recommend for a large, comfortable, well located place to stay in Nashville.

We stayed here for our wedding night. Beautiful place with plenty of room. The backyard view of the valley is amazing, and peaceful at night. Highly recommend!
