숙소가 깔끔하고 깨끗해서 너무 좋았습니다. 부모님과 함께 간 여행이었는데 부모님께서도 만족스러워하셨습니다. 수압도 쎄고 드라이기도 강한 편이라 좋았습니다. 일본 난방이 히터밖에 안 되어서 다른 집에서는 조금 추웠었는데 미리 히터를 켜두셔서 들어가자마자 따뜻하게 이용할 수 있어 더 좋았습니다. 근처에 미니스탑이 있어서 이용하기 편리했습니다.

Very warm and helpful household (luggage room option). Good location (quiet and few minutes to Kyoto Station). Rooms very clean, spacious and cosy; beds very comfortable. Everything as described. I highly recommend it!

The house was very clean and tidy, we had all the amenities we needed and we enjoy our stay very much. The host was very responsive and the neighborhood was quiet and pretty.

Our stay at Yamashita’s beautiful 100-year-old Japanese villa in Kyoto was the perfect way to end our 2 week vacation in Japan. The house is spacious, very clean, and well-equipped, perfect for our group of 12. It has everything you need and more. It has a serene garden, jacuzzi, and sauna—the kids especially loved the jacuzzi! Yamashita is an EXCEPTIONAL host—very warm, helpful, and accommodating. She drove us to supermarkets and places we wanted to go and even picked us up for a small fee. She prepared simple yet delicious breakfasts. She was quick to respond to messages and even guided us on using local buses. Though the house is a bit far from the touristy areas, the peace and quiet of Yamashita’s home made it the perfect retreat. It offered a more authentic and relaxing experience of Japan. I highly recommend Yamashita’s villa to anyone looking for comfort, culture, and outstanding hospitality. And to anyone looking for a truly memorable stay in a traditional Japanese home.

My husband, son, and I had a great stay at Sakura's. It was a super close distance to Kyoto station and lots of restaurants, but very quiet at night for sleeping. The house makes very efficient use of space and is well equipped.

Ce logement est tout bonnement exceptionnel. Tant par la taille, la tranquillité mais aussi parce qu’il est très bien situé. Le salon est très mignon. Nous le conseillons fortement. Nous avons fait 5 logement pour nos vacances au Japon et celui si est en top position.

We had a lovely stay at this authentic and beautifully maintained Airbnb in Kyoto. It was perfect for two couples, with clean, separate bedrooms and all amenities thoughtfully provided. The traditional design added to the charm, and the washing machine was a helpful bonus. The only small downside was that the kitchen and dining area on the lower level were a bit dark, but overall, it was a comfortable and peaceful place to stay. Highly recommended!

치카시의 집은 교토의 리얼라이프를 경험하면서 주요 관광지도 여행하고 싶은 분께 참 좋은 곳입니다. 치카시의 도움으로 중고 자전거를 저렴하게 구입하여 여러 번 야마시나 강변과, 우지 강변 하이킹을 했어요. 집에서 도보 2,3분 이내에 24시간 편의점 뿐 아니라 24시간 운영하는 식료품점도 있어요. 비슷한 거리의 24시간 운영하는 애니타임 피트니스도 시설이 참 좋아요. 개인 샤워실을 갖춘 깨끗한 시설에 성능 좋은 운동기구가 고루 갖춰져 있답니다. 피트니스 건물 1층에는 질 좋고 식료품 가게가 오후 9시까지 운영됩니다. 10분 거리에 모모 테라스라는 종합 쇼핑몰에도 각종 식당과 디저트샵, 대규모 식품점이 있어요. JR나라선, 게한 우지선 등 3개 노선의 전철역이 5분 이내 거리에 있어서 교토의 주요 관광지 어디든 편안하게 이동할 수 있답니다. 치카시는 유쾌하고 명석한 안내자이자 성실한 관리자입니다. 16일간 편안하게 머문 치키시의 집이 고향집처럼 언제나 그리울 거에요. 또 만나요, 치카시!

It‘s very convenient if you want to stay near shin-osaka. I was there already three times, there is nothing to complain. ありがとうございます！

Ken was on of the most accommodating, friendly and helpful hosts we have met. In addition to the basics amenities, we enjoyed having a deck off the back of our unit with a table and chairs. We loved having breakfast outside while watching the birds over the river. We had easy access to the walking and biking paths on both sides of the river as well as many restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the location. Even though we were traveling during Golden Week, it was quiet at night and not crowded in the vicinity. Ken helped make our first trip to Kyoto (and Japan) a joy!

Excellent apartment with wonderful jacuzzi and floor heating. Private area and a the rail line that we'll connected to Kyoto (few stations to limited express station, no need to change lines).

I'm a repeat guest! That should say a lot. Place is conveniently located, has everything a single person needs for an extended stay. my favourite local activity was taking walks along the river and watching the trains.

A beautiful, cozy apartment in the heart of Gion district Kyoto. Location is excellent. We enjoyed seeing geishas and meikos regularly on evening walks just outside the apartment. It was close to hiking trails, many sightseeing destinations, trains, restaurants, etc. In the heart of everything. And yet super quiet, being on 4th floor with no neighbors (above or on sides) in an alley. Only downside is that the kitchen is very efficient, single burner, no counter space, etc. But you should be mostly eating out anyway. Also there is a red light at night in the main room from the fire alarm—we had to cover it with a jacket to sleep. Not sure what other reviewers thought was deceptive—it was as I expected, and honestly the view is phenomenal. Yes there is a parking lot but you can hardly see it and beyond that are the beautiful Kyoto hills and tops of temples peaking out. Tatami room was wonderfully cozy. Furniture and linens were quality. Stayed super warm inside. We miss it already!!

it's far from the places in our Itenerary but I give it 5star because the host is very responsive, the place is clean, cozy & peaceful, the train station is walkable (if youl like walking), the neighborhood is very friendly. We stayed here for 5days, at first it feels like the station is far especially we are carrying our luggages but after the 2nd and 3rd day, walking feels good. This is our first time in an AirBnb in Japan, we usually stay at a hotel so i could say it super exceeded my expectations in staying in an AirBnb in Japan. The host also provided free toiletries & others like towel, toothbrush & toothpaste, shampoo w/ conditioner & body wash, coffee & tea, pods for laundry wash etc. They have also Fridge, mucrowave, electric tea pot, your own washing machine, vacuum, heater, aircon, free use if umbrella and many more. Just make sure you read and follow the house rules for smooth and peaceful stay.

Depending on your style of travel, Kyoto can be an overwhelming place. Seibido Inn felt like a safe house away from the touristy madness, yet still close enough to access the major destinations easily. Some of my favorite parts of my stay were the quiet walks home.

A lovely authentic Japanese home. Well designed with all of the essentials. A nice quiet neighborhood close to amenities and the city center.

这次和好友一起去关西玩，在小黛家住了三个晚上，真的很棒，典雅的日式榻榻米别墅，内部装饰的也很漂亮，住在里面非常有代入感，别墅位处京都富人区，环境非常好，虽然不在市中心但配套设施很好，地铁和便利店都是极短的步行范围内。然后，小黛姐人真的超级好！很热心，入住之前不厌其烦的在微信上回答我各种问题，到京都当天更是开车来山科站接我们，然后给我们详细的介绍京都应该怎么玩，怎么坐车，还让我们碰到问题随时微信上联系她，最后一晚还拿出珍藏的红酒招待我们，给我的感觉不是房东，而是多年的好朋友在日本招待我。

It was a nice, almost four storey apartment. The place is 20 mins away from the station. But it was a nice walk from the station if the weather is good. The view from the place is great. You can see the lake and the mountain. We love the nature the most.

建物、お庭、設備など、随所にオーナー様のお上品で素敵なお人柄が表れていて、大変美しいお宿でした。 ご説明やご対応もとても丁寧で親切でした。 金木犀の香りが漂う絵画のようなお庭でのBBQと焚き火が楽しくて格別でした。ご用意いただいた朝食もすごく美味しくて、最初から最後まで全員が大満足な旅ができました。 機会があれば、是非また訪ねたいと思います。

this is a most amazing place we have ever stayed with air bnb, kitchen is equipped with all necessary cooking stuff and even various seasoning, bedrooms are superb.... Children have plenty of space inside the building and backyard for running, the space is more than enough for our 12 people group. ......... Perfect.......
