A wonderful stay. Group of 5 adults and 4 children plus a small baby. Plenty of space for everyone. Very well equipped and clean. Good location, short walk to the town centre and lots of lovely places to eats and nice shops. Host was really helpful and responsive before and during our stay. Highly recommend this place.

We had a great short break and the house was perfect and matched all of the pictures and descriptions. The hot tub was brilliant and the proactive emails, instructions and support from Rob were first class. Would definitely recommend.

Jessie's place is lovely. The home is sweet and magic. It's felt like a dream house, it's a peaceful atmosphere with stunning views, perfect to disconnect ans swicht off from the city to reconnect with nature. All of us felt in love with the house and its location and we would love to come back soon!

We had a lovely stay here. The location was great for exploring the surrounding area, and the cottage itself was spotless with a warm, homely feel that made it very comfortable to relax in. The copper bath was a real highlight—such a treat after a day out. All in all, a great base for a countryside break, and I’d happily recommend it.

Great accommodation on a beautiful well landscaped site. 3 bedrooms were perfect for our family. The deck out the back was great although we didn’t get the opportunity to use it due to prior commitments ( the reason for staying in the area) great communication from responsive host. We had a such enjoyable stay at Spinney Falls house. The house is beautiful and in a great location with a gorgeous view from upstairs balcony and bedrooms. The open plan layout is great and the pool table was a hit. The house is situated close to the pool and the football field wasn’t far away either. We had children ranging from 18 months old to 13 years old and everyone had a fabulous weekend. We’d definitely return. Many thanks!

We had a lovely stay at this flat, so close to the centre of town and lovely view of bath out of the windows in the lounge. Clean, nicely decorated and furnished & had all the amenities we needed. Really felt at home and had a great trip.

I had a wonderful stay at Ric's place. I know Clifton village well – it's one of my favourite places in the UK, and this apartment was perfectly situated for the village beautiful shops and cafes, just a stroll across a beautiful garden square. I came on a writing retreat and to see old friends, and it was fantastic to have a study room in addition to the bedroom. I loved the combination of a large, traditional cosy front room (with log burner) and stylish furniture, together with the bright modern kitchen (very French, my pal said) and clean white bedroom with beautiful art (throughout the apartment). There was a great garden view from the bedroom and study, with a lovely blossom tree, so all very peaceful. The bathroom was modern and squeaky clean and stocked with fantastic Malin & Goetz potions. All in all, a treat of a week! It was both productive and relaxing for me and I would definitely come back.

First time in Bath, UK and Helen’s place was the perfect introduction to the city. Located across from the beautiful green park, just at the cusp of the beautiful city. Apartment was clean and warm. There was a book of very clear instructions that made the stay hassle free. Helen included local recommendations of places to visit and eat at. So convenient. Would definitely recommend to anyone wishing to visit bath! Great job Helen!

Lovely place to stay with amazing views and only a 10 min stroll into bath with coffee shops on the way. I like the bed and actually and a really good sleep which is not always the case. Lovely area outside the bedroom to sit in and read or just relax. Very nice host and would highly recommend.

Schönes Appartement. Hell und zeitlos eingerichtet, absolut geschmackvoll. Wir haben uns alle sofort Zuhause gefühlt. Wir haben die Küche kaum genutzt, sie war aber perfekt ausgestattet, auch für einen längeren Aufenthalt (Waschmaschine vorhanden). Es gibt in der Wohnung Schlafmöglichkeiten für 4 Personen in zwei Schlafzimmern. 2 einzelne Betten, ein Doppelbett und obwohl wir nur zu Dritt dort gewohnt haben, wäre durchaus für eine weitere Person ausreichend Platz vorhanden gewesen. Trotz der zentralen Lage, sehr ruhig. Patrycja hat im Vorfeld den CheckInn gut erklärt und war immer erreichbar.

We loved our stay in Ledbury! The flat is extremely cute and the indoor fireplace is lovely with plenty of wood. The bath is great and beds are comfy, and surrounding gardens are really beautiful. We left something behind and Richard promptly sent it back in the post - would highly recommend staying here!

The house was even better than we had expected and had everything we could have asked for. It comfortably fit 12 people. We had such a lovely stay at Jan’s place with the entire family for the Easter break. A great place to go with friends and family, with activities available for everyone. Would highly recommend!

We stayed here with four children (ages 2 to 6) and it was great. Lovely living area at the top of the house and plenty of space for everyone. We were very lucky with the weather and could eat outside on the balcony for most meals. Lots to do on the Lower Mill Estate for families. We would come again.

Oldbury Barn is in a lovely location in the countryside with great views (though tricky to find, so the 'what3words' helped a lot!). The house was nicely presented and lovely and clean. Plenty of pots, pans, mugs (!) utensils etc for a large family group. The open plan nature of the kitchen/diner/lounge is great for a multi generational family gathering like ours, as you are always all together in one huge room. However, note that its a tiled floor and there isn't much in the way of soft furnishings so noise echoes around a bit and can be heard from all bedrooms - but this is only a problem if you have very young kids going to bed early or getting up early! The 2 ground floor bedrooms are large and with lots of storage. The 2 upstairs bedrooms are small with very low ceilings and little storage - fine for kids but we were were 7 adults and one toddler, so that didnt work brilliantly for us . The "slight height restriction" in the description is quite an understatement!!

Gorgeous and spacious house in a stunning Cotswolds location. My husband and thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and so did our children. I can highly recommend it!

Have just returned from a lovely relaxing weekend at Jan’s lodge. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings and gorgeous property. Very good communications throughout. Would highly recommend
