Very clean. Great for kids and family time. Lots of amenities but very close neighbors. Although they were to themselves and hardly seen or heard them.

This place was amazing! The pool was beautiful and great for our family. We always take our dogs on vacation and the fenced in back yard was awesome. The ping pong table, foosball table and games kept us busy as well. Felt like home away from home. I would definitely come back next time we are Wilmington. Great place for families and dogs.

great weekend! the pool was the hit out of the park. the kids refused to leave it so we spent more time in the pool than at the beach but that was totally fine with me! thank you again for a lovely weekend!

To begin with, Alex was a great host, the communication and accommodation were fantastic. Responsive to our needs from an early check to a late check out. The house was a wonderful place to stay we had a large group of 12 and everyone had plenty of space. We enjoy the stay and also enjoy the amenities like the pool table, unfortunately we couldn’t use the pool because of the weather but other wise we enjoy our stay.

The home was very accommodating for the group we had reserved it for, but due to Helene all parties were unable to travel. Rebecca had everything to get the stay going, from coffee, pool towels, to bath needs. All house rules, with a list of restaurants, how to operate tv and hot tub posted for easy reading. Great place. Will rent again when in the area. THANKS!!!

Exceeded our expectations! This home was indeed a "home away from home", that provided everything needed for our stay. The host thought of everything. The beautiful home was supplied with all essentials for a wonderful getaway. The pool and hot tub was an added bonus. The neighbors were so friendly and personable. Having the beach within walking distance was the cherry on top. I appreciate Jessica being available when needed. We will definitely be back!

My stay was absolutely amazing! The host was incredibly sweet, kind, and welcoming she made sure everything was perfect from the moment I arrived. The space was clean, cozy, and exactly as described. You can tell she really cares about her guests and puts a lot of love into her hosting. I felt comfortable and safe the entire time. James place was great! Easy access and great communication. Loved that they provide an instantpot and a well stocked kitchen. Made meals very easy during our stay. Would stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at Carolina Beach! The location was perfect — just a short walk to the beach, great local restaurants, shops, a tiki bar, and bike-friendly streets. We loved how close we were to the aquarium, the ferry to Southport, and Wilmington, which gave us plenty of options for day trips. Traveling with our 9-month-old, we made some really special memories here. The neighborhood was quiet and friendly, which made it feel like a peaceful little escape. We also really appreciated the beach gear provided — the chairs, wagons, and extra storage space in the shed made beach days so easy. One tip for families traveling with young kids: bring blackout curtains or something to cover the windows. The natural light is beautiful but can be a little tricky for naps. All in all, we had an amazing trip and would absolutely come back! The hosts are amazing and could not be more accommodating!

The house was just as described. We enjoyed our stay. The beds were super comfy. We felt right at home. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Cameron was a great host and the house was great for what we needed. After a tiring weekend of participating in a race, Cameron allowed us to stay just a bit longer which we greatly appreciate. The only thing that we had to adjust around was the bathroom door being not a solid real door. It was more of an accordion type door. We are a close knit group so this wasn’t a problem for us.

Amazing Airbnb. My husband and I were so happy we chose this place… we have 2 dogs and they both loved the backyard. The house was clean and never did we feel unsafe staying here. The neighborhood is beautiful and what you see in pictures is exactly what you’re getting. Book here!!

We took advantage of everything the house had to offer: yoga in the sunroom, reading on the porch, dog played in the huge yard, cooked every meal, enjoyed sleeping in in the master, watched tv in the living room, played games around the table. It was the perfect break from a busy tax season.

Super comfy and cute. Easy to cook in and serve everyone and close to great local restaurants. Super location. We had beach goers, thrift shoppers, and stay home and read a book visitors. Everyone enjoyed their stay. Hosts were gracious and responsive when needed. Highly recommended!

We LOVED our stay! The place is well taken care of you can tell the hosts have paid attention to every detail. The porch was an amazing place to spend the afternoon and the outdoor shower was *amazing*. Everything you could possibly need around the house (kitchen is well stocked, king bed is super comfy, even blankets for the dogs to get on the couch!). Thank you for making our visit so comfortable.

We had a wonderful stay at the Island Peach - Wilmington.The house was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and in a great location. Mary was incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to any questions or requests. The house is very chic , modern and made the stay feel extra welcoming. I highly recommend this spot to anyone visiting the area and would definitely stay here again!

This home was EVERYTHING and MORE. So beautiful. The character of the home was so warm and inviting. It had everything we needed. It was super clean and spotless. We loved the addition to the one bedroom. We were able to hang up our outfits and sort our clothes. Since we were visiting from NY we were able to clean our clothes before heading home. We loved the parking in front of the home. It was super easy and convenient. Samantha was always responsive and very friendly. Her and Madison left us the sweetest note upon arrival. We would definitely stay here again. This is a must if you are in Wilmington especially if you are a OTH fan. Haley and Peyton’s house are in walking distance
