Natalie’s place was very clean and comfortable, the location was great, walking distance to Boardwalk.

Clean, very close to Ascend Amphitheater that we were able to walk. Host was always available for questions with quick response.

My husband and I felt right at home. The kitchen had everything you would need if you were cooking and eating in. The location is next to an amazing BBQ restaurant and conveniently located close to a Burger King and gas station/store. If you like walking and choose your route carefully, Nashville nightlife is roughly 35 minutes away. My only recommendation would be to add a few more washcloths; there were plenty of towels. The only negative of the whole place is that the frontroom is not comfortable.

We loved everything about the unit. Very clean, modern and furniture was all extremely comfortable. We will definitely stay here again.

Incredible loft and location. We had 6 stay and given the flexibility of the couches folding out into beds made for comfy sleeping arrangements. Plenty of linen, complimentary coffee beans, creamer, ice maker that made a bunch of ice for all those broadway prep drinks.

We were in town to see Pearl Jam play at Bridgestone Arena. GREAT location, very walkable! We found the Latch app easy to use and felt safe at the apartment. We appreciated the quick responses to our questions and the flexibility around check in time.

This place was amazing! Super location just minutes (and I mean minutes) from everything including Broadway, Music Row, The Gulch, Coffee Shops etc. yet quite enough to feel relaxed when you get back from a day of hustle and bustle. The surrounding area is really nice/safe, and very walkable. The main building itself is secure, quiet, and clean with ample covered parking in a gated garage. The unit itself is beautiful (exactly like the pictures.) It had everything you would need for a great stay and was beyond clean. Although there were no issues during the stay (it was a 3 month stay for a work internship), Angela was extremely responsive when we had questions. After this experience, this place now feels like a home away from home and I wouldn't even consider staying anywhere else when returning to the city. You absolutely can't go wrong renting this unit! It's got to be one of the best options with the best host in the area!

We had an excellent stay at the GreenLight. Spacious, comfortable, everything we needed! The bedroom was nice and quiet...and dark, always a plus for me, and a king bed is always great! The location was great for us. We wanted to be away from the noise and traffic from downtown, and it was very easy to get to the places we wanted to go. I wish we could have stayed longer, but I needed to get away from the biscuits. They are everywhere and delicious!! Will recommend to others!

Perfect for our one night stay for a concert we were attending. We were able to walk to Nissan stadium with no problems! Didn’t meet the other tenants but the place was quiet and had no issues!

I enjoyed my stay, though it was very brief. Beautiful interior and relatively quiet area. When I had a little trouble with the lockbox I got immediate help. Thank you!

Mary was an amazing host. She thought of everything we could have possibly needed for our stay, especially with our dog. She left cute notes to help us find the appropriate linens for the furniture for the dog. She had a list of numerous recommendations for every section of Nashville. We absolutely loved our stay!!!

I had a wonderful experience during our stay at the Cora's. While it's peaceful and outside core Nashville, it's around 15 min drive to pretty much everywhere in the city. I'll come back if I ever visited Nashville again!

Our stay at Angela & Christopher's Airbnb went well. No issues. Easy walking distance to Broadway and tons of good restaurants and bars in the area. Condo was clean, comfy and had many of the same amenities at our home. We even got to spend a couple hours by the roof top pool until the rain came, but the pool and nearby outdoor sitting area is good space to relax with some great city views.

Our host was always responsive. The place was so cute!!! You can tell the thought she has put into her place!! It’s was clean and beds were comfy!! Would 100% stay there again!!

Great place to stay. So close to everything you need there in Nashville. So many food places and very close to Broadway and the concert arena. Perfect spot for some time in Nashville. Please was very clean and towels were awesome. Bed was very comfy as well. Absolutely recommend this place when staying in Nashville.

Beautiful job. The place met all our needs and expectations

We stayed here for a bachelor party and it was perfect. The location is roughly an easy 8-10 minute drive to Broadway. The patio is where we spent most of our time and was probably our favorite thing about the place. We have no complaints in regard to the cleanliness of the building or comfort of the beds. Chancy and Chris were great hosts and I’d be more than happy to stay at another one of their properties in the future!

There is so much to do on the resort property for every age. The location is very convenient to do just about anything in Nashville. They let us check in almost 5 hours early which was really nice because we had a very early flight.
