Renta de casas vacacionales en la playa en Murcia

Hemos pasado unos días maravillosos en familia,es un sitio precioso! Voy a echar mucho de menos desayunar en la terracita viendo el mar. Todo tal cual las fotos y Carmen muy detallista y pendiente de nuestro bienestar, repetiremos seguro!!!

Abbiamo soggiornato nell’appartamento di Monique per 9 giorni, 4 adulti e 3 bambini. Anche se in due gruppi familiari abbiamo condiviso un solo appartamento la disponibilità di letti e dei due bagni ha comunque tutelato la privacy. La cucina ha tutte le stoviglie che possono servire, anche una lavastoviglie e soprattutto in casa era presente una lavatrice. All’ingresso della casa è presente un giardino ben arredato, al primo piano cucina, tavolo, divano e un bagno, al piano ammezzato una stanza con 4 letti e al piano superiore due stanze matrimoniali e un altro bagno, in cima una terrazza. Monique Elda subito è stata precisa e disponibile, ci ha fornito indicazioni dettagliate per trovare l’appartamento e al nostro arrivo, nonostante un ritardo di due ore per problemi all’aeroporto, ci ha aspettati senza lamentele. La posizione della casa è ottima per visitare paesi e città lì vicine, 15 minuti di macchina da Alicante (bellissima e consiglio di visitare), bella la spiaggia vicino casa.

There are beautiful views from each bedroom and balcony, and we loved walking along the beach every day! Though it was just two of us this trip, this house is definitely big enough to comfortably fit larger families and it is well stocked for a week-long stay. Ceferina was so helpful before the trip with planning, gathering information for us and making suggestions. Her and her husband met us at the door, even though we were late, and showed us around, even walking us down to the local restaurant and introducing and finding out the times they were open! They were very helpful and kind and answered all of our questions. They saw us off our last day and were just as friendly and helpful! We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

El alojamiento es tal cual aparece en el anuncio, si bien diría que mejor en la realidad. Muy limpio. Buenas vistas. Tranquilo. Decorado muy bonito y con detalles, menaje y detalle de bienvenida. Totalmente recomendable.

Pedro's and Antonia were very helpful and responsive. We had a few requests, which they were very willing to help us with. Location is great, it is on a small little walkway, so off the road which was a big plus for us with 3 small kids (one 3 year old and 5 month old twins). The main Plaza is 1 minute away, as is the beach, location really couldn't be better. Stairs are steep, which made me a bit nervous with my 3 year old but there are little childgates by the stairs also. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend renting from Pedro and Antonia as they are very helpful and responsive hosts.

Fantastic location in a beautiful setting, the house is homely and comfortable with some lovely pieces of art on display, the location is fantastic with great restaurants within the local area, the beaches are within easy reach. A really enjoyable place to stay with lots to do and located that allows visiting some of the areas fabulous locations, the cities of Cartagena and Murcia are a must to visit.

We really appreciated all aspects of the accommodation, cleanliness, comfort, kitchen with all utensils supplied, and the small touches - plug in deodorants, sweets left by the bedside etc etc . There is a washing machine and tumble dryer available if washing hasn't dried on the solarium, we washed towels and sheets as we were there two weeks there is a laundry just a few minutes walk that provides good service. The TV was a great size if the weather was not good. We used to live in the area so knew everything well. The accommodation was home from home and we have stayed in many places on our trips back and this has been the best. It was lovely to sit on the balcony listening to the waves and people watching. The solarium had chairs and loungers with cushions just right for an afternoon siesta! We hope to be back soon!!!!

Todo muy bien, estancia excelente para ir con los niños porque la piscina está en frente del porche, los puedes vijilar sin levantarte de la silla. La playa muy cerca. Muy buenos colchones y almohadas, me ha gustado que eran todos blancos. La cocina muy bien equipada. Margot nos ha recibido muy bien, muy puntual, nos fuimos un día antes y no ha dudado en venir a la hora que le hemos pedido. Para poner un pero, sería la escalera caracol muy estrecha, no puede subir cualquier persona a la última planta pero hemos estado muy a gusto, nos ha encantado.

L’allotjament es exactament com a les fots, l’unic que hem trobat a faltar a sigut el forn de la cuina! Ens hem sentit com a casa, molt acollidora i molt neta! La terrassa espectacular! Laura encantadora i molt bona comunicació! Si tornem a Santa Pola, tornarem a aquesta casa!

Like other reviewers before us we cannot speak highly enough about the 2 Anna's and this beautiful house which we were lucky enough to call home for 3 months. The house is beautifully presented and the photos do not do it justice. The garden and pool are excellently maintained and are an oasis of peace and tranquility, not to mention a great spot for family fun. The house is beautifully laid out and has everything and more that is needed for comfort and convenience. On cold winter nights we enjoyed the open fire immensely and this added to the cosiness of the house. The location of the house could not be better as the proximity to the beach and restaurants and bars are a mere 10 minute walk. We cannot wait to visit again. We had a great time in the comfortable, luxurious and clean house in Dehesa de Campoamore. Everything you can think of is there. Super nice and neatly decorated. You can always sit in the sun or shade, terrace downstairs, balcony or the roof terrace. Opposite the pool which gives a nice and unobstructed view. The communication with the owner Trond was super fast and pleasant. If we are in the region again we will definitely come back to this nice place

Due to an issue with a previous accommodation we had to find something else. Christian was very accommodating and helped us out with the transition. The place is stunning and has everything you can wish for. The beach and some restaurants are in walkable distance, but a car is still beneficial to explore the wider area. Altogether we really enjoyed our stay and can certainly recommend it.

La casa perfecta para grupos grandes. Comida, cuartos grandes, todas las facilidades y lo mejor la piscina climatizada La región es un pequeño Oasis entre santa Pola y Guardamar.

We had a lovely stay at Nicola and Pierre’s house. The place was absolutely spotless and very comfortable. We particularly liked the outside spaces and the outside kitchen. Their villa is the closest to the swimming pool which was great for the kids but not the most private. They had left toys for the beach and pool which was great. Nicola was very helpful with recommendations of the area and she booked us a taxi from the airport, nothing seemed too much. We would definitely her place. Thank you for a lovely stay x

Sehr schönes Reihenhaus. Super Lage.

Our 2nd visit and we loved it even more than our first. The position with sea views from the terrace is amongst the very best, close to the walls - quieter than the central streets and a plaza opposite where we took the table to eat under a tree - fantastic. Air con in all rooms is fantastic. The kitchen is fully equipped and easy to use. Both the owners and Yokasta the caretaker are always friendly and helpful. A small quiet beach under a minute walk away. Two very mini-markets on the island have limited stock, particularly in fruit, veg and chilled food, though plenty of bottled water and cold drinks, beer and wine. I never see fresh meat or fish and haven’t asked, but believe they’ll get anything for you for the next day. We went to the Mayamar supermarket in Santa Pola for main shop. Restaurants and most eateries close by 5/6pm and only 2 or 3 restaurants reopen around 9pm. This is the best place for relaxing, swimming, snorkelling - we will be back for sure.

We had a fabulous stay! Very spacious, clean modern house with fantastic views to the sea. So many places to sit, relax, read and have a drink as the sun goes down. The pool is bigger than it looks on the photos and creates a very relaxing and private space. Cristin was so attentive and helpful both before and during our stay. And Denise gave us a warm welcome and a useful tour of the house and information about the local area. We took a taxi from Alicante airport and walked to the supermarket, beach and local restaurants. We now need to find a time to come back!

Hemos pasado una semana fantástica en el apartamento de María. La ubicación es inmejorable: en una zona tranquila, perfecta para descansar, y a solo 50 metros de la playa, literalmente a cuatro pasos. Además, el paseo marítimo que la rodea es enorme y precioso, ideal para disfrutar de largos paseos. La zona es muy accesible y cómoda para moverse. El apartamento estaba impecable en cuanto a limpieza y muy bien equipado, con todo tipo de electrodomésticos y comodidades. Los anfitriones fueron encantadores y siempre atentos a cualquier necesidad. Sin duda, si volvemos a la zona, repetiremos. ¡Totalmente recomendable!

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in het huisje. De omgeving is magisch mooi aan de bosrand en met een mooi uitzicht. Het is maar een klein stukje lopen naar het strand. De host reageert snel en is heel vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Kortom, zeker een oeite waard

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung! Man hat eine schöne Aussicht auf das Meer und die Lage ist ideal – mehrere Restaurants befinden sich in der Nähe. Denis war super freundlich und hat immer sehr schnell auf unsere Fragen geantwortet, was den Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht hat. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Nuestra estancia ha sido estupenda. Maribel es muy amable, no nos ha faltado de nada. El apartamento es muy amplio, ideal para un grupo numeroso, con zonas comunes muy cómodas. Es una zona familiar y tranquila, a menos de un minuto de la playa. Muy bien conectada, para hacer turismo por Murcia y Alicante. Repetiremos :)
