This cozy, Patio level studio is on our homes property, it has a KITCHENETTE, WITH LIMITED COOKING. It is nestled in the Historic District of Lakeland and mere steps from Florida Southern a Frank Lloyd Wright designed campus, a tour is recommended! Our cobblestone streets take you to unique neighborhood restaurants. We are walking distance of beautiful downtown Lakeland. We are between two lakes- Lake Hollingsworth, a great 3+ mile walking/running path and Lake Morton which is a bird paradise.

The Studio, stylish and comfy, is located on our home property. With easy access to I-4, you are a short distance from Tampa, Orlando, and many of our beautiful beaches! You are also a 15 minute drive to Southeastern University, Florida Southern College, downtown, and many of our amazing and unique local businesses! Peace and quiet on a small country farmstead. Off the beaten path yet conveniently located halfway between Disney World and Clearwater Beach. Historic Plant City, famous for their strawberry farms, has a cute downtown area with antique shops, bistros and cafes. Relax on your private back deck overlooking our organic vegetable garden. Say good morning to a variety of birds (including welcoming our newest chicks) living on the property and goats, cows and horses living nearby.

This cozy mother in law suite is a duplex that shares a wall with the main house but not an entrance. You will be blocks away from a neighborhood playground as well as beautiful Lake Hollingsworth. Being in the heart of Lakeland, you are never far from entertainment or nature. It's almost equally distant from Orlando and Tampa at about a 45-minute drive and the beach being about an hour and 20 minutes away. All that downtown has to offer is just 2 miles away.
