Four was super helpful and our kids loved playing at her house! There was even a sandbox there the kids could play in and they spent a lot of time doing that! After I realized the espresso machine wasn’t there, Four replied and said it was getting fixed, and that her brother would bring me another one that evening (which he did!). She even offered to buy me coffee in the meantime. We had fun in the pool, and she had lifejackets there the kids could use. She was super friendly and helpful whenever I needed to contact her!

I am truly delighted to have spent four nights here in Chiang Mai. The atmosphere is incredibly serene, and other guests have also contributed to this tranquility by being considerate and respectful of each other's space. Each night, I drift off to sleep listening to the soothing sounds of insects, and in the morning, I'm awakened only by the cheerful chirping of birds, far removed from the hustle and bustle of the streets and shops. The breakfast here has been a wonderful surprise—far exceeding my expectations in its variety, elegance, and flavor. The staff has been warm and friendly, making communication effortless and enjoyable.

It is very conveniently located, easy to reach Maya Mall and Ningman road for shopping and eating various local food . The host is also very warm hearted to help you before and during the stay

I highly recommend Max's accommodation. Beautiful modern house with swimming pool. Spotlessly clean with all the necessary facilities! Max is a very responsive host who was very accommodating during our stay! Merci Max 🙂
