Gypsum is 4 miles from the Eagle Airport,24 miles east of Glenwood Springs and located between Vail and Aspen. This area offers skiing,flyfishing, rafting, hiking, biking, horse riding and many other activities.

This modern mountain retreat located in REDSTONE, COLORADO (an hour to Aspen) offers all the amenities of a boutique hotel. Architecturally designed 10' kitchen windows bring the outdoors in with stunning views of Mt. Sopris and the Redstone Mountains. A small yoga studio complete with sauna, homes a quiet space for yoga or massage. With extensive landscape and acres of open space, you feel remote while just seconds from downtown. Open living on the main floor is the perfect spot to entertain!

Hear the river at the Frying Pan Studio

Basalt's location is convenient to both ends of the Roaring Fork Valley. It is ten-minute walk along the Frying Pan River to downtown Basalt. However, transportation is recommended. We accept pets at the studio, either one large or 2 small; there is a $50 pet fee. Please let us know if you wish to bring yours. We ask that the pet be kennel if left behind while you go out. Obey Town of Basalt's leash and patrol ordinances. Drop cloths provided if they are allowed on furniture.

The McClure House - A Cowboy cabin in the woods.

This very charming two-bedroom, two-bath Guest house is located on one of the most scenic by-ways in the State of Colorado and is quaint from head to toe! The Hummingbirds are incredible. They migrate here from South America to breed in the summer. The wildlife is abundant. There are deer, elk, foxes, etc. The views are amazing and all the other gifts shared with us by Mother Nature are breathtaking. This property was used as a very successful Bed and Breakfast from 1994 to 2003.
