This home was located close enough to travel by golf cart to a few of the town squares. The neighborhood was quiet -a great place to walk my dog. Brian was a great host, attentive to all our needs. It was nice having the golf cart and a grill on the patio. We didn’t need a thing!

What an incredible stay we had at Rosario's place! We even extended 2 extra nights. Rosario was responsive, helpful, and so kind - she even left a birthday balloon and some treats for my mom's birthday! The house was impeccable and they were great about everything, from changing dates to heating the pool, and keeping it clean, and the pool was a perfect balmy respite. The next time we're in town (and we will be, this is our old neighborhood!), we will definitely try to book here again. Can't wait to come back!

Beautifully decorated house, location, and amenities!

Margarita House was a great place for our month long stay in The Villages. Kathleen was very responsive to my question, always responding in a timely manner. The house felt so spacious and airy with high ceilings and a nice layout of comfortable furniture. The next door and backyard neighbors were so friendly, the best that we’ve encountered in our 4th visit! The house comes with a larger than usual backyard and great afternoon shade on the patio. We enjoyed this area of The Villages! Thanks Kathleen for hosting us!

We loved our stay! We give this house 5 stars and would recommend this place to others. The home was clean, had comfortable beds, fully stocked kitchen, and plenty of room for everyone! We felt right at home! The pool was clean and a good size. The location is great-close to plenty of places to shop, eat, and check out. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. My teenage boys also enjoyed the workout facilities at the club house. This home was perfect for our family! Thank you!!!

Monica and Sebastian have a beautiful place, home feeling and absolutely beautiful. Getting into the place was easy and getting in the home was very easy too. We were very happy with our stay. We have been to Jeep Beach 3 years now and found Airbnb's. I am also a superhost. This is the only one we have already said we want to come back to because we felt so comfortable and peaceful! You had everything here and it was very relaxing. Even close to the ramp to enter the beach. We couldn't ask for more. I even enjoyed putting my OCD to use and cleaning up but there were no cleaners at hand so I used basic water, dish soap and the broom. Lisa is an excellent administrator and hostess for your team! She is right on top of everything! You couldn't ask for a better leader!!! She contacted me the day before thru text and we were all set! Looking forward to another return!
