The cabin is centrally located around Summersville Lake and State Park, and only a 20 minute drive to the New River Gorge National Park and Preserve. The cabin is right off Rt. 19, you can hear traffic & boats on the lake. Kick back and relax at the fire or on the porch watching the sunset and often have a glimpse of the lake. A coffee pot/Keurig, microwave, stove, dishes, refrigerator, 3 TVs, Wi-Fi, washer & dryer are provided. Enjoy cooking outdoor on the grill (1 propane tank provided).

There’s also a spacious porch with ample seating to enjoy your morning coffee or tea and a back patio for soaking in the hot tub. It is located less than 1/8 of a mile of Whippoorwill Road offering hiking, rock climbing, and lake access. We offer secure boat storage so you can launch just a short 5 minutes away at Salmon Run.

Experience the serenity of West Virginia in a beautiful cabin, less than 5 minutes from Summersville Lake. It is perfectly situated, with the feeling of being in the woods while still located near all town's amenities. Summers offer close access to outdoor adventures like fishing, hiking, rafting, biking and so much more. Winters are peaceful and cozy in the cabin surrounded by snowy mountains. There is ample parking for larger groups. We do have Wi-Fi and decent cell coverage!

Enjoy your time in the trees! Hear the white water rapids of the Gauley from our front deck as you take in the scenic views of the forest. Truly, a one of a kind experience. Our treehouse is located in Boulder Trail, which is on over 100 acres of private land. It also includes a common area with a covered shelter, with an outdoor Fireplace that’s a short walk away. We are located 5 minutes from Summersville Lake and 15 minutes from New River Gorge National Park!

Located near Summersville Lake, the Gauley River, Summersville Sate Park, New River Gorge National Park and Preserve and Fayetteville, my house sits on 16 acres to relax and get away from it all. My goal is to make the house comfortable but still have all you need to feel at home and hang out with your friends and family. I have owned this place for 17 years and have been wanting to share this place with others to experience this great place.

Enjoy the mountain breeze in this rustic and cozy A-Frame chalet. Hike through the woods, cozy up to an outdoor fire, or just relax on the porch and listen to the sounds of nature. The chalet is conveniently located one mile from Summersville Lake (Battle Run Recreation Area), 22-miles from the New River Gorge National Park, and four miles from the Upper Gauley River rafting and kayaking put-in.
