Really great stay for our little family. Clean, close to the beach and the pool and hot tub were fantastic. Really responsive when we had questions during our stay too!

It was a heaven. Everything was perfect. Sur was a nicest person that I ever met through air BnB. I thoroughly recommend this place if you wanna have be ever relax.

We didn't have the perfect stay at Jess' place. A couple of things went wrong. But when things go wrong, having a host as responsive as Jess and Jordan makes a huge difference. They were quick to respond, and super helpful. And then the location itself was fantastic. Near to the road to Tauranga, very close to the beach and surf club, a couple of shops that had what we needed (and fish'n'chips!)

We had a lovely stay here. Peaceful but so entertaining for the children right on the park and across the road from the beach . A really lovely family holiday and so well equipped.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay! The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing trip. The host was incredibly kind and responsive, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location was perfect—close to great restaurants, shops, and local attractions. We especially loved the cozy touches and thoughtful amenities that made it feel like a home away from home. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this spot to anyone looking for a fantastic getaway!

it was an amazing trip with my family even though the weather was bad we still made used of the pool and spa so beautiful everything was close by I will recommend big family to stay here

The place is tidy, clean and well decorated. The only we did not feel quite comfortable with is it is actually the host's home full of their stuff that we did not quite expect. We prefer a usual Airbnb that if it is a whole house, the setting is for guest only (walldrobe space for guests etc.).

This place is absolutely INCREDIBLE! I can't recommend it enough. We booked it for a night for a hens party and the look on guests faces when they arrived was priceless. Such a hidden gem in Katikati, and well worth the drive there if you are considering staying. The house was spectacular and so accommodating to a large group of people, with a lovely courtyard for outdoor activities. The little cottages were also a lovely surprise for guests and so well maintained. Laura's communication was also excellent. I would love to visit again one day. . . and stay for a week!

We were very happy to spend the last 4 nights of our NZ trip at Toka Ridge 4. The property was pristine with beautiful views of the lake. It was a quiet area that felt a little remote, but the shops, restaurants and bustle of Roturua were just 15-20 mins away. Two easy Alltrails walks were within walking distance of the property. The Hamurana Lakefront Reserve Walkway (offering great views of the lake) began just down the road and, near its end, the Hamurana Springs Loop Walkway (a lovely/surprising mix of redwoods and cold springs with lots of ducks) began across the street. A few mosquitos did find us while visiting the jacuzzi just after dusk, but did not bother us during the day. The consensus of our group was that Toka 4 was the nicest Airbnb of our 5+ week NZ stay. Great to deal with the host, just everything was perfect. Flexible check in and check out process with great communication. The place was spotless and beds are very comfortable. One of the best air bnb places that we ever tried. We will definitely come back again.

The Villa is super stunning and rustic with all and more than needed ammenities. Our group thoroughly enjoyed spending an evening here. Laura was also super helpful and quick with communication and clear instructions. Definitely would love to go back for a longer stay and possibly even make use of the space for events. Lovely stay at Lexie's caravan at Waihi Beach. First time semi camping with my two young children and it had all of the basic amenities we needed for a great time. Very private with the orientation of the deck overlooking the campsite. Fantastic and easy communication. Loved the later checkout. Thank you!

Beautiful property with idyllic surrounds. We stayed while participating in a running event and found it the perfect place to unwind after a hard morning! Very secluded and peaceful with all needed amenities + some added comforts. Would highly recommend and hope we can visit again!

Utterly beautiful stay at Corrie’s place. The space is stunning and really thoughtfully put together. Outdoor bath is the icing on the cake! Couldn’t recommend it enough - you won’t be disappointed!

Had such a lovely time. The place is immaculately clean and tidy and contains everything one could need. The area is gorgeous and so peaceful. Our hosts were super friendly and helpful.

We really enjoyed staying here. Check in was easy and flexible, the BnB was beautiful, clean, and very cozy. Denver and Diane are great hosts with prompt and clear communication. We stayed during a cyclone, to which we were very kindly offered an extended stay for no cost. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

This was a beautiful and peaceful get away. I would 100% recommend if you are wanting to go somewhere private and relaxing with an amazing view.
